    The series has ended and it was time because all the stories were very similar. I did enjoy this one because it was slightly different and we had two villains.

    I enjoyed the backbone, kindness and smarts of the h and liked her friend too. The H was thoughtful also and they made a good couple. Little on romance because their interaction was minimal. Clean story with only a kiss. The story ended at 90% on my ereader.

    No cheating, HEA and clean. I can't improve on the blurb, just giving you some tidbits to decide to read this story. (ljb)

    The book is well written as a romance book,but not enough history for a historical romance for my tastes. The characters were well developed for a series book. The plot was unique enough with twists to keep you guessing. A good romance mystery read.

    I enjoyed each book in this creative series. And this book was just as good!

    Each book can be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend reading each book in sequence as it brings the whole tale together. Each of the characters have their own unique strengths and they are bound together through friendship and hardship.

    There are heroes and heroines along with villains as a true melodrama tale should have.

    Great mystery, romance and good triumphs over evil.

    This is the last book in the Lost Fortunes, Found Love series. You do not have to read them in order, I didn't, but some things are easier to understand if you do. Lady Charlotte is looking forward to this season and spending time with Lord Silverton, whom she enjoyed spending time with last season. But this one is different, he is staying away and even her mother tells her to stay away from him. There is a lot going on that only his friends know about, who also lost their fortunes, he is the only one who has not had his restored. As it turns out there are things going on that even they know nothing of, but when Lady Charlotte hears something, she approaches him and tells him despite her mother. Where it goes from there you will have to read it to find out. I enjoyed this book as well as the others in this series, there were some surprises I didn't expect. Have fun reading this one.

    The Marquess of Silverton along with five of his friends all lost their fortunes on the same night but each in a different way. Lord Thomas has no memory of anything that happened that night making it almost impossible to figure out who the culprit is, but his friends won’t let him give up hope. Lord Thomas had eyes for Lady Charlotte but now that his fortune is gone, he knows he can’t marry so he pulls away from her. Even though it has upset her, she knows something isn’t right. Then when her mother tells her to stay away from him but won’t tell her why makes her all the more curious as to what is going on. Lady Denfield, a widower seems to be trying to capture him and as soon as he enters a room, she manages to latch onto him, but he feels nothing for her except as a friend. You will find that Lady Charlotte saves the day when she overhears Lady Denfield with a man she doesn’t recognize and starts a chain of events that could possibly get to the bottom of where his fortune went.

    “His Convenient Match” by Rose Pearson
    This is book 6 of 6 in the Lost fortunes, Found Love Series. A good read that is very similar to the five previous stories in this series. Books 2 through 6 could be read in any order but most likely will be read in the order published. I think, I would have liked the stories to have been a bit less similar, one to the other.

    I must applaud the author for coming up with so many illegal ways that a fortune can be lost. This series is all about recovering money, but they have to find out who stool it first. I enjoyed the series very much and this one I believe is the end of the series. The hero is very despondent about his loss and finally accepts help to recover his fortune.

    A clean story, but sadly I did not enjoy it. It is the first I have read in this series, although I did know it was the last. I have read other of Rose’s series, but this did not work for me. I found it a bit too simplistic in places, and a bit wordy. I also thought that given most of the Ton knew of each other and they knew about Lady Denfield’s marriage and it’s speed had been talked about, they would have known of her family and that her brother was Lord Montague. I am surprised Lord Silvertown and his friends did not know this or at least have checked a peerage book given all the searching they were supposed to be doing. Also how was Lord Montague able to go in White’s and no one recognised him, and he could pass himself off with another name. To me it does not ring true. So I didn’t hate it, but I did not enjoy.
