This was a nice wrap up to the series, although I wish there was more to see what happens with Carter and Brogan. But this one with Huck and Nora and the way they can't stay away from each other after two years of pining is electric. The way he fights for her and their relationship is amazing and having an older woman mentor/mother figure gives comedy along with the other boys.
Love Lulu's writing and excited for the next series of books.

I don't know if there's a name for this trope, but give me a super hot and confident athlete when it comes to his sport, but a bumbling dork when it comes to the girl he loves any day!!
Huck made my heart melt!
These two had been mutually pining for each other for years when the story starts, to the point that Huck became nervous, clumsy, and would trip over his words whenever he was around her.
And I was so here for it!
This was my first read by this author, so I hadn't read any of the previous books in the series, but was able to follow along and enjoy the story just fine.
And oh my gosh, the love story between Coach Campbell and Abby?! Please tell me we are going to get a bonus scene of their first night together. I loved them almost as much as I loved Huck and Nora!
l've got a copy of The Third Baseman, also by this author, and cannot wait to read it soon.
Would recommend this author to fans of Elle Kennedy and Kristen Callihan.
