Totally love this book!!!
In all honesty this book was perfection!!! I must warn you that within a few pages you’ll be fully immersed in Finn and Lauren’s second chance at romance. From beginning to end I was captivated by the love between Finn & Lauren, their journey to finding each other again after so many years and how true love can be a beautiful thing to hold on to. Like always with all of Stefanie Jenkin’s books I was prepared with my box of tissues because all of her stories in the “I Never” series had giving me all the feels and had left me swooning after all the amazing characters always wanting more. I don’t want to give too much of the story . So I’ll just say: read it, love it and your welcome 😉!!!

Talk about second chances, although there should not have been one in the first place.

Lauren and Finn lost so many years of love, all because of a freaking misunderstanding.

Lauren did not want Finn to go, but she didn’t want to be the needy girlfriend.
Finn felt hurt after Lauren’s answer (what did Finn ask?... well I can’t give you spoilers!!.. lol) so he walk away.
Both realize that they might have overacted at the whole thing, and each decided to make it right, they try to reach each other. Only, this time is Lauren who walks away, leaving Finn feeling more hurt as to why she walk away.

Is a relationship considered over if there were no words exchange in the matter? 🤔
After 10 years Finn is back in town and ready to get his girl back.
There will be tears with this story but I found myself rooting for Finn and just wanting to grab Lauren and just shake some sense into her, thank Stefanie for Kate.

This is Finn and Lauren 's second chance love story.
Finn and Lauren are a young couple but know what they want and that is a life with each other. Through a series of events and lack of communication the couple go their separate ways. Ten years pass.
Lauren and Finn meet up again and he finds that she is a very different person. Lauren has built walls and hardened her heart. She doesn't let anyone get too close. Finn wants a second chance with her but realizes he has his work cut out for him. Can these two learn to love each other as the people they have grown in to?
The author gives us real authentic characters. We get to visit with the whole gang and meet new friends as well. I enjoyed this story and loved the sneek peek we get in to Kate's story. Thank you Stefanie Jenkins for a fantastic read.

What could be done to fix a broken relationship? Simple. Communication

With that being said, I struggled with this. I'm not going to lie. It was a cute, more so cliche, second chance romance novel featuring a couple, Lauren and Finn, who clearly lacked communication skills because at least 80% of their problems would have been resolved from the get-go if they stopped running away crying and sat down and talked.

With the predictable plot, obviously it was easy to determine what would be the cause of the misunderstanding and the heartbreak of meant to be a couple, Lauren and Finn. It didn’t wow me since I have read similar books a dozen times before but I would say that the author's writing style really stood out to me and after everything, I’m a sucker for romance so I’ll come back again to see what other works this author releases.

Lauren didn’t think she would find her happily ever after. Finn comes back into her life. Finn will fight hard to win Lauren back. This series is amazing and gets better with each book.

Yes yes yea!!!! A cone chance romances are typically boring with flashbacks and the cheesy n get back together, but this one was very well written and planned. I loves this so much. Can't wait for another

Lauren and Finns story was adorable! I feel like for a love like this to end, their would definitely have to be some sort of discussion or explanation, BUT love makes people do crazy things.

Lauren and Finn have young love written all over them and when the opportunity strikes for a dream job, before they know it, Finn is whisked away across the country. When Lauren finally decided, enough is enough she decides theirs no where else shed rather be and decided to head west.
Only when she gets their, she doesn't expect to see what she does. And without an explanation, she leaves and cuts off from Finn permanently.

    10 years later

Finn is back in Philly, but his intentions are clear. He wants his girl back. Can Lauren forget? Forgive? Can she open herself up to the one person who has ever had her heart and broke it?
    *****

This book was a wild ride of emotions and I really enjoyed it! Finn was sexy and I loved the way he was unapologetic with wanting Lauren back. I wish Lauren was stronger and was able to talk first before making multiple terrible decisions, but that is what made the book! It was sexy, fun and a great love story.

I’m loving this series! This read is more predictable than the last in the series but it’s still a lovely read and I loved the cameo from Stefanie Jenkins and her upcoming book, very clever! In my opinion Lauren and Finn’s story needs to be read as book 4 after Kyler and Dani’s novella.

This read is about Lauren, one of Kyler’s twin sisters and a family friend Finn. It’s told in dual points of view with a mix of past and present. These two are made for each other but a silly misunderstanding on Lauren’s part has her walking away from their relationship ten years earlier. Fast forward ten years and old feelings are still there with Finn determined to get Lauren back. We get to catch up with all the gang we’ve grown to know and love and this ends with a glimpse into what might be ahead for Kate, Lauren’s twin sister.

I was intrigued to get the twins story and Lauren sure had one. To be honest, Lauren was sometimes hard to like. I can excuse her mistakes when she was young but 10 yrs later and she still doesn't get it. Thankfully Finn is so wonderful, you can't help rooting for him (even if you wish he had a better choice sometimes).
