- Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2024From searching for a job to closing out a job interview with your final questions, this book has got it all to make you feel at ease with going after your dream job. I love how Arher leans into the strengths of being introverted. Being an introvert, I much rather be in the background watching and soaking in information. That is the reason why I enjoy shelving books, sorting through mail, or working on data entry jobs. I truly enjoyed learning about other ways I can use my super strength of my introversion to apply it to my dream job, which is in sales. I never thought I would be able to, but here I am!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2024This is a short book with a specific topic, that is, introverts prospects in the job market. It highlights some features of the introvert strengths and compatibility with work environment. The book is well organized and structured in a way that's easy to follow.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2024I absolutely felt like I connected with what this book had to say about introverts, as an introvert myself. At the stage I am at in my career I can identify with how being in a career that doesn't honor and fit with your natural tendencies and traits can impact you. That said, I felt like the book was a bit redundant and stayed very much on the surface. I would have liked to see recognition of other factors beyond just introversion to guide a career choice. For example, what do you like or have interest in? What are you skilled in or have interest in becoming skilled in? This book might be better for someone at the beginning of their career given the more simplistic approach.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2024I enjoyed reading this book overall, and as someone who leans towards the introverted side, it had some good information, but I felt it could have gone deeper into the topic to really drive the book home. It's a good book for someone who is maybe in the earlier stages of their career, based on the length of the book and content.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2024As someone who is introverted, I can see why life must happen. That means, I need a job to sustain myself. This book gives practical advice on what to do in order to find a job that is not demanding or stressful for the introvert. From talking to the HR and the managers, to being able to just interact with other employees.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2024This insightful guide is a mess read for introverts seeking to find their ideal career path. It offers practical advice, some leveraging, introverted strengths, and navigating job searches with confidence. It’s a great guide for making the entire process easier. The strategies provided are very clear and actionable.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2024Good basic information about the process for job hunting with a focus on how to get the best compatible job for introvert. I'm not a fan of crowds or teams, so this was interesting and is meant to be the basic tips you need to get motivated.

5.0 out of 5 stars An eye-opening read!
Well, it took this book for me to realise that I’m an introvert – which is perhaps why I struggled as a class teacher when there was a lot of noise. I found this book both enjoyable to read as it’s clearly laid out with well explained topics, and also understand the type of role that would suit me better such as being an author; now that I’ve retired, I’ve found my perfect profession! This interesting and informative read is encouraging; if you are an introvert it will give you lots of tips on finding your perfect job - I just wish I’d had this information years ago.
