I love how Arher leans into the strengths of being introverted. Being an introvert, I much rather be in the background watching and soaking in information. I truly enjoyed learning about other ways I can use my super strength of my introversion to apply it to my dream job, which is in sales. I never thought I would be able to, but here I am!

At the stage I am at in my career I can identify with how being in a career that doesn't honor and fit with your natural tendencies and traits can impact you. That said, I felt like the book was a bit redundant and stayed very much on the surface. I would have liked to see recognition of other factors beyond just introversion to guide a career choice. For example, what do you like or have interest in? What are you skilled in or have interest in becoming skilled in? This book might be better for someone at the beginning of their career given the more simplistic approach.
