    When a little girl spots a man near her Christmas Tree she assumes he is stealing her presents. She yells for her mum and tells her what she saw. Her mum explains all about Father Christmas and that he travels the world delivering presents to good girls and boys. The little girl isn’t convinced though.

    So the following year she waits up for the mysterious man in red and accuses him of being a thief, so good old Saint Nick has to take matters into his own hands to convince the little girl who he really is.

    Man in Red is a charming festive rhyming book that is guaranteed to put a smile on a young child’s face. The illustrations are just stunning and will really capture the imagination, especially with their humorous features on all the characters faces.

    It is filled to the brim with funny moments all set within a wonderful story that would be perfect for a Christmas Eve read. I just adored it and can’t award this fabulous story anything less than five stars.
