214—that’s the number of times Kelly Kay has seen When Harry Met Sally. The other day, someone called her an "Adult Content" Nora Ephron. Who knew #goals could come true?

Kelly is the author of several interconnected romcom series and some standalone romances. They’re witty, urbane, wildly funny, heartbreaking, emotional happily ever afters because nothing’s better than a belly laugh and an ugly cry. And a whole lot of kissing.

Chicago-based writer (Go Cubs!), with her roots in Pennsylvania (Sorry Phillies, I married a Cub-loving man), married to a writer, mother of a creative dynamo of a fourteen-year-old boy, and currently a little sleepy. She’s highly organized and a chaotic mess all at once, and loves lipstick as much as Chuck Taylors. And most likely has either a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in her hand right now.

I never thought of myself as a romance novel girl, but I am now. Because of Kelly and the story she told about Colt and Maggie falling in love, losing each other, and then finding each other again. I feel like I know them, and I’m on the verge of buying a plane ticket to Tuscany to go stay with them and help with the baby.

The only trouble with this book is the vivid sex scenes. Because they make my own real-life sex scenes pale in comparison, and I don’t know how I’ll ever live up to the erotic standards that have been thrust upon me.

I might need to find me a Colt. 🙃

Such a beautiful second chance romance; the airport science crushed me. This book made me want to pickup and move to Tuscany, minus the bats. This story should be a movie. Just loved it.

What a love story! My favorite part of this book is how many times I laughed out loud! Once again Kelly Kay has given us lovable characters with a story that makes you cheer for them, hope for them, feel for them and of course laugh with them. Highly recommend!

    Wow! What a story… epic!
Like Keep Paris and Keep Vegas, this starts in Paris when the gang are in their final year of high school; Tony, bored, prank calls room 666 and the “brothers” meet the “witches” and lifelong bonds are initiated. Colt and Maggie have that - everything around them dims, love at first sight - meet cute, and the first part of the novel is all about them falling in love in Paris. The chemistry is off the charts, and the banter is fantastic between these engaging characters, and there is comedy gold between the friends all the way through the book with numerous laugh out loud moments and hilarious text conversations. Structured in three parts, everything goes pear shaped at the end of Paris and part two has a different tone as Colt and Maggie live their lives apart from each other.
There’s plenty of drama for both and the story is engrossing as we learn more about their lives and loves, highs and lows. Ms. Kay has an easy-to-read writing style that pulls you in and had me invested in the outcome of these two very likeable characters and their cast of friends who bring so much to the story.
Part three is really where the lemonade gets made. Early on Maggie had confessed that Italy was her preferred destination for the high school trip as she believed it to be magical. Running away from her problems and everyone in her life, this sunshiny bright, strong, determined, and loyal woman lands in Tuscany to remake her life. We get plenty of “Under the Tuscan Sun” similarities with a run down, bat infested, villa in the middle of a lemon grove, but magic happens, and fate brings Colt back into her life. I loved how Ms. Kay reconnected them and gave them their second chance. There are plenty of hurdles for them to overcome, a ghost and children to navigate, vermin to evict, and cooking lessons (hey we are in Italy!) all keeping the storytelling interest high. While the tone remains light, there is drama and a lot of emotion in this final part of the story. I was a little sad when it all ended but so pleased for the happy ending. The jump into the future in Epilogue finishes this immensely enjoyable book off perfectly!

My first read by this author and it won't be my last one. I really enjoyed the feel of the story and how the characters went through life as we get a story in three parts but you can definitely follow well. Even though it's a series, you can read it as a standalone. I had a bit of trouble to get into it at first but the pace definitely picked up and I connected with the two lead characters. Loved the chemistry and relationship between Colt & Maggie. Whether they get a happy ending or not, you'll have to read the story to know the outcome.
Colt & Maggie meet each other in Paris and their relationship starts to blossom every single day they are together; even though they're still very young they know what they want but life gets in the way and steers them both the other way with no choice to adapt. Now years later, their lives have changed in every way but it never seems the right time for them. When Maggie finds herself around the world, trying to find that missing piece, she ends up in Italy while figure out what the next move is. Colt has been through a lot but never forgot about Maggie but he has two kids he needs to worry about and when that lands him in Italy, he feels that maybe he can finally move forward from the past. When their paths cross, it feels that fate might have led them to each other again but will it finally be their time now...

Cheers to Kelly Kay and the magic that is Keep Tuscany. Kelly opened up my tear ducts, tickled my funny bone, and set my heart a-flutter with Maggie and Colt's story. Maggie and Colt were electric together, and their romance was filled with angst and humor that kept me captivated from beginning to end.

Both Maggie and Colt were such loveable characters. Maggie with her word vomit, which I related to and found endearing. She was the epitome of resilience, and I admired how she kept bouncing back. Maggie is definitely someone you want in your corner. Colt was bound by duty and so self-less, to his own detriment. His self-sacrifice was admirable, and my heart went out to him for the difficult choice he had to make. I can't put into words the nostalgia that had me choked up from the passing of time until Maggie and Colt got their second chance.

I loved the found family of "The Brothers" with the addition of their ladies. Their banter and antics added a layer of lightness to go with the other humourous moments that are sprinkled throughout the book.

Keep Tuscany was a delightful blend of angst, humor, and spice. I enjoyed being on Maggie and Colt's international journey to HEA, and the setting was perfection. If you enjoy second chance and single dad romances, this one is for you.
