    This was a sweet book with a bit of spicy! I usually don't go for friends to lovers because they can annoy me- but not this one, I was intrigued by the premise (shorter guy, don't worry he had other 'tall' assets;) . Characters were well written. A great short read!

    King of Her Dreams is a sweet and steamy friends to lovers story, that is filled with a lot of love.

    Liana and Miles grew up together and even though they have feeling for each other they have not said anything to each other, just to Miles' dad. Coming upon thirty, Miles' father urges Liana to finally say something, before she loses him.

    Great read. Love the friendship not only between Laina and Miles, but the friendship between Laina and Mile's dad. This is one of those read that is easy to get lost in and melts your heart.

    King of Her Dreams by Karla Doyle is part of the multi-author Short Kings series. This story is about best friends since kindergarten Liana and Miles. The thing is that they are both so into each other that it almost hurts. Neither is willing to do anything as they are afraid the other does not feel the same way, and they each do not want to mess up the friendship. But when it is right and push finally comes to shove they both take a chance and pull the lever for love......and come up with the big jackpot of flashing hearts.

    Do you love best friends to lovers romance? How about an H that’s shorter than the usual romance heroes? Enough steam to need a cold shower or a hot night with your significant other? A happy ending ending that’s unique to its characters’ personalities? Then you absolutely MUST READ this romance from Karla Doyle, one of my favorite authors!! It’s about best friends since kindergarten Miles and Liana finally acting on the feelings they’ve had forever. The progression from friends to lovers was written beautifully and felt natural and unrushed even considering the shorter length of this romance. You could feel the deep connection between them from the start. The steam of this romance was HOT!! Miles and Liana can dirty talk with the best of them! They are a perfect match in chemistry, personality, hopes, dreams, and in all the ways that make them a perfect couple.
