Caroline lives alone on a small farm in rural Victoria, Australia, with her beloved Arabian horses, her dogs and cats. She has always been passionate about writing, having written many short stories as a child and teenager, but found life got in the way and put her dreams of being an author aside for many decades. In her fifties, she finally found the courage to start putting her stories online, from fanfiction and flash fiction, she moved into her favorite genre and wrote horror. After winning several awards and competitions, and achieving the 'most read' on fiction websites she finally started her first novel and has not stopped writing since. Gaining her BA in Creative Writing, she constantly expands her writing horizons by delving into different genres and platforms.

    LESS is one of the most unique dystopians I've ever read, and I've read many. It grabs you from the very beginning and holds on with a death grip until the last page. The writing is flawless, the pace is perfect, the characters feel genuine and relatable in their struggle. It's best to begin reading this book if you're not working the next day, seriously, you'red going to be up late reading with the need to know what happens next.

    OMG! Please tell me there will be a sequel!!!! I don't read too many 'end of the world' books. I used to, but felt like they all started to be the same story over and over. This story was a refreshing change from what I've been reading. (Actually, I listened to it..)
    It starts before the end of the world so we get a chance to get to know some of the characters pre-apocalypse. Then people vanish, with a few left behind. It was neat how they scoured TV channels looking for answers and what was happening.
    There was a Dawn of the Dead vibe with the group taking shelter at a mall, but that makes sense. A mall is perfect, especially if it has a hotel.
    The characters were great, the bad guys (Flippers) were hearty opponents. I also loved how pets came into play in the book. I'm a sucker f

    This is my first time reading this author, the blurb sounded brilliant and so I was thrilled to get a chance to read the book. The book is absolutely fantastic! The writing is amazing and made it, so I was right there with the characters. This is a book that once started you shall not be able to put down, even after I finished it, I wanted more, not because anything was lacking in the book but because I loved it so much.

    I was given this book by a friend and I'm GLAD I didn't spend money on it! It is ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!!! The hate and distaste in this woman's books are completely unbelievable!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD THIS BOOK IS ABSOLUTE TRASH DO NOT READ AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

There are only a fraction of the human race left, they must congregate when they meet and join forces against creatures hell-bent on killing them. Is this the end of the Human Race or will the survivors come through? Find out in this enjoyable book written skillfully by Caroline Angel. A very good read that keeps you wanting to know what happens next. Recommended read.

    The main ‘in’ for me was how instantly likeable some of the characters were, and how beautifully the author anchored the reader in the setting.
    The book is very easy to read, and it’s definitely one I did not want to put down.
    I had the pleasure of meeting the author recently, and I was captivated by her passion for writing, and for the horror genre in general - and it all shines out of this book.
    I won’t go into detail about this novel, other than to say you won’t be disappointed!
    It’s edgy, confronting, beautifully written, emotional, and with deftly written characters.

I won’t add any spoilers but will definitely recommend you to read this Mind blowing story Characters are portrayed really well , I enjoyed reading about them . Hats off to the author for her fantastic work .

    The society has suddenly disappeared , most of the population is vanished . Like no one is around , the drug stores , schools everything around is closed . The streets are deserted . A feeling of dread spreaded in the bones of the Sam and his friends when they observed this situation around them. News updated them about the same .

    Will the left ones able to survive ??Will they be able to make it and fight against the monsters ??? And where are the other people?? . Will everything become normal one day ?? Hell a number of questions were pondering in my mind while reading the story . This aroused a great level of curiousity within me to flip the pages as soon as possible .
    I thought it would take me a week to finish this story of 42 chapters but no I was wrong . The story developed my interest and I completed it within 3 days . I think I can read this again in my free time . And there’s no doubt that I would definitely read the other books from author Caroline Angel .
