He lives a quiet life as a magician at a casino in Vegas. It’s a fun gig for a retired vamp with no real responsibilities left to his name. Then Tate flies into his life. Now nothing is the same.

Tate is a little hapless. He’s a little everything, actually. In fact, that pretty much sums up his personality. He’s a Little. At least, he was before some dude bit him in a nightclub and now Tate is stronger than ten men, can control minds, and turn into a bat. He has no clue how he’s doing any of that. No one taught him how to be a vampire. In fact, he doesn’t know how to survive. Without Draco’s help, he won’t. If it means Tate has to make a pest of himself to get Draco to notice him and teach him the how-tos of his new life, then so be it. Falling in love, that was just another one of Tate’s little mistakes, but it might be his best one yet.

    While this story might be short in length, it definitely is not short in content and feeling. This is one of those stories that says a lot between the lines and gives you full sized feels!
    Tate is a Little who finds himself turned without consent, and struggling to survive in his new reality. Draco is a very old vampire. He's lived a long full life and is at the juncture where he's just not sure what the point is any longer. That is, until an adorable diaper wearing bat flaps into his life and jump starts his heart and passion. Tate is utterly huggable as the sassy Little who charms his way into Draco's life - and finds the protector, teacher, and Daddy that he's always longed for. The two are perfect together and the the cute verbal sparring will make you want to giggle. This book has everything that much longer books do - a beginning, credible backstory, characters that grow on each other, a villian (or two), a little dramatic angst, retribution, and a HEA. Honestly, I was so caught up in the story that I reached the end before I realized it. I'm about to go and grab the next book in the series and I have ever faith that I will enjoy it as well. Definitely recommend this book! So cute!

    Yall, I have read a lot of little stories and this was the first time I got to read about a bat flying around with a diaper on.

    Slight spoilers are ahead, its hard to review short stories without them

    Ok so in here we have Tate. A little, who for the first time went to a kink club to find a Daddy. Instead of getting one of those, he was cruelly changed into a vampire. He hears the name Draco and goes off to look for him.

    Draco is an ancient vampire. He was a Roman soldier when he was turned but was very much alone. The baby vamps all flocked to him but no one ever stayed.

    These two meet and both of them were so needy and perfect for each other.

    After taking care of the bad vamps, they are happy together and it jumps 10 years into the future. Daddy is gonna teach Tate to ride a bike.

    I did not mind the length of this, but I did mind the choppiness of these chapters. Words did not flow smoothly and sometimes it was hard to know whose pov we were in until a name was mentioned.

    I will say that reading this was slow going until around the 62% mark, then I was hooked and read the rest quickly.

    Draco is one of the oldest vampires. He is bothered by other vampires looking for a one-night stand or lessons on being a vampire. Tate was turned two days earlier, against his will, in a kink club. He needs Draco to teach him how to be a vampire plus he's looking for a Daddy and Draco may fit that bill also. Draco teaches Tate how to survive. Now, can Tate convince Draco he's staying for the long term and to be his Daddy?

    This is the CUTEST story! I loved it! Draco carries a fly swatter to bat away the bats looking for him. Tate pushes them away by claiming Draco as his own. I can just see this happening. Draco and Tate are perfect for each other. Draco does not trust easily when he's told the other one will stay with him. Tate means it and has to prove it. They are just so adorable as a grump and his sunshine.

    If you need some fun, I highly recommend this.

    So, so cute! A little dark in the beginning, but there's absolutely zero details so it was easy to read through to the cuter parts. I would have loved to have some more details - about each of the main characters, their budding relationship, more daddy and boy interactions, and in the epilogue, pretty much this could've been a full fledged book instead of a shorty and I would've been super excited, but it was a great short read too. If you're looking for an adorable short read with hot scenes and an HEA, this is definitely for you

    It was indeed a short, fun read, with an appropriate bad guy for a modicum of "angst" before the HEA.

    Nope, I'm not going to explain further because you can read the blurb, but I will say this, I think that even if you're not into the "Daddy-Little" scene (real life or reading), I don't think it matters here. It was still a well-written, and as noted, fun read.

    Just my USD .02.

    I loved this! It’s sweet and fun and filled with all the warm fuzzies. I’m really looking forward to meeting Cosmo in the next book (which looks like it’ll be just as hilarious). I have to admit, I’m already kind of sad it’s just the three books.
