    I have to be honest, the moment that I found out that Logan was rich, I almost put the book down. I have read enough of those that they all seem to be the same. However, I powered through because a lot of the story was still based around Allison and am happy I did. Logan is not the billionaire I have come to expect with similar stories. While at Logan’s first party in his new mansion, Allison has a terrible interaction with a ghost, but she has also picked up on some very strong feelings from Logan. Logan is an empath but does not realize it. He believes that his quirks are just that, quirks. Fate puts these two into a tailspin within the story until they literally collide and come together over a female spirit that haunts the mansion who thinks Logan is her husband. Allison and Logan both have a history and are completely broken, but just when you think love is all lost, these two actually complete each other. Super sweet and a great read!

    I loved reading about Logan and Allison. Logan is a billionaire who just moved into an older mansion. He's having his first party here when he catches the eye of a beautiful blonde woman who He's never met before. She is also like a breath of fresh air because she does not put off the greedy or dark vibes that so many of his guests put out. As he heads to her he sees her bending and looking like she's speaking to someone on the stairs. But no one is there. Then, in tears, she turns and runs out the door.

    Allison hasn't seen a ghost in almost a year. This time, the lady spirit absolutely drained her. So she had to get out of there. Her best friend Tina, called and asked why she left so quickly, so she told her what happened.

    Allison is psychic. She also is a healer. She helps to clear bad energy and emotions from people. She felt something for Logan, but she doesn't trust rich men. She was hurt by a rich ex who left her with nothing. So she feels she can't trust any man.

    Logan doesn't know who she was but he can't stop thinking about her. When his best friend Trent, who is also his lawyer says he will try to find out who she is, he feels relief. At his next fundraiser, he is surprised and almost overwhelmed when he sees her. She is stunning. He needs to meet her and see if his feelings are real.

    These two are amazing together and learn that they both have special abilities. They both have battles to win. Can they fight off the forces that they encounter alone, or will it take them both together to win this war?

    So good! Lots to open here. I need more now! Ready for book 2. Enjoy

    Logan and Allison are both empaths that find solace in each other from the chaos they endure because of their gifts. They each have some growing to do with personal issues and fears and help each other through it.
    I absolutely loved their devotion to each other, even though they are both reluctant to have a relationship they realize they’re ment to be together and work through their issues with communication. <spoiler>Though the random insecurity Allison gets at the hospital seems out of character. I like that she still talked to Logan and he helped ease her insecurity by being so open with her.</spoiler>

    Fluffy little romp with gratuitous sex. Would recommend this for teens were it not for the unnecessary sex scenes. They added nothing to the plot. The writing is good, I can see where with some more experience the author will be
    very good. The protagonist is kind of wishy-washy and can't seem to make any decisions without changing her mind a very short time later. Traditional gender behavior roles, which come across as a bit condescending. Also, "love" seems to be entirely too dependent on attractiveness. It was ok, a distraction, but not my genre preference. It only got four stars because the descriptive sex, IMHO, wasn't necessary.

    I've read another book by the author that I liked, and I found the blurb interesting, but I have to say I regret spending money on this book.
    It's just a sequence of tired clichés and stereotypical lines out of every other romance book or film.
    The idea sounded unusual, but I've got the opposite of something new. The book was simply boring. Every twist and turn could be seen from miles away.
    In the end, I opted for skimming because I didn't want to feel even more like I wasted money by not finishing.
    Since I won't complain about anything else, I'll give three stars out of goodwill.
