Nikolai Novikov was born in the snows of Siberia at the very turn of the 21st century. After he’d had enough of snowbank diving and grappling with bears, Nikolai discovered the world of books, films and video games, devouring everything he could lay his hands on.

Then one day it dawned on him just as he was perusing yet another book, “WTF? I could do this better!” Spoiler alert: he couldn’t. Reality struck back hard as Nikolai realized that talent alone wasn’t going to get him very far. He needed to get the right skills.

So he went back to reading – this time analyzing other authors’ works and studying the craft of storytelling. Within several months, Nikolai had worked his way through a whole wealth of data with the sole purpose of improving his own skill.

As a result, his second book found its reader. He’d done it.

At 17 years old, Nikolai started writing.

At 18, he became a top author at one of the web novel sites.

He’s now 24, and his every new book turns out better than the one before it.

At 27, he intends to go worldwide.

At 30, he plans to conquer the world.

Is there anything at all capable of stopping this individual? Probably not...

    The writing is just so new and hilarious. I love the dynamic with the preschool and his relationship with his gran and the acting, just his overall development, even the windigo. I never knew stories like this could be so good! Especially for it to be from the pov of a child. And it feels like an actual child, a smart one to be sure but I just love the way this was done and how he was reborn but Is a child for real and we get the thought of a very rational but still funny child. Can’t wait for the third book, wish I could prepay chapter by chapter for it :(

    I enjoyed this second installment even more than the first. The main character keeps getting stronger, the author tells the story from a couple viewpoints. I like how the different changes of focus doesn't interrupt the narrative at all. There is a nice balance of magic, action, plot twists, and humor. My favorite scene of the story was the hilarious introduction of the pets to the protagonist's mother, it was superb! The author even includes age appropriate speech patterns. Great job

Michael is serious about protecting his family from all threats foreign and domestic and includes from grandmas, assassins, governments, and even other toddlers.     I thought I would try book 2 even if it wasn’t on Kindle Unlimited. I enjoyed the story but book 2 felt a lot shorter than book 1, and cost nearly the same as my monthly KU subscription. Will need to wait until book 3 is on KU or is cheaper before I read it. Thanks for the story.
