There’s guilt, revenge, a new Captain, murders, serial killers!! Lots of action as a major Crimes detective, the guilt of motherhood, dealing with her Mother’s role as a caretaker for her young children and her widowed Mother finding love with her widowed retired Captain. There’s lots of action and great stories! Nessa decides to make a change after her Mother returns home from the hospital! Great stories!!!

    Can believed it. Read nearly all the Nessa books but this serie isawful. 1st book contained 81 pages from start to finish. Resolve the crime ? Stupid stupid stupid. My only luck is that I read the following up who are so much better with proper stories and a acceptable number of pages to near 400 pages each book. If I had started reading fron the begining I won't have bother with the otherwise
