    Basically what the title says. I really enjoyed this story. The take on the System was fresh, the alignments were cool and not something normally used, and the characters were fun. That ending just completely threw me for a loop though. Just, what the heck? I'm fine with a secret origin for the MC, but that way too out of left field.

    This story was just alright. Nothing amazing or horrible. I really struggled with the evil vs good affinity and how they meant nothing. People with good affinity could be rapists or muderers? Those with evil could be kind saints? Other than the MC Zorian, most seem to be a slave to their affinity. This didn’t sit right for me the whole book.

    The characters just don’t make sense most of the time. The MC essentially kidnaps everyone into another world, getting many of them killed, forces them into one horrific scenario after another, but it’s all good? No one seems to mind?? Didn’t make sense.

    I think a lot of people would enjoy this. Just not my cup of tea.
