Héctor Germán Santarriaga es Diseñador de la Comunicación Gráfica egresado de la UAM Azcapotzalco, es autor mexicano de Cómics y Novelas Gráficas, se ha especializado en escribir, dibujar, ilustrar y editar cómics, es director de Nostromo Ediciones y cofundador de Pura Pinche Fortaleza Cómics, ambos sellos editoriales independientes especializados en la producción y comercialización de cómics y novelas gráficas en México.

Su obra más destacada han sido las novelas gráficas: H3rmanos (2014), Coda: La Bailarina, El Hipopótamo y El Muro (2015), Luz Eterna (2016), Cuervo Eléctrico (2017), Sueños Rotos: Sofía (2018), Gila: El Sol Negro (2018), Sueños Rotos: Julia (2019), Bajo la Piel de la Bruja (2019), Serenata del Zombi (2019) y A puerta cerrada (2003). Además de su participación en las antologías Nostromo (2011-2013), Ecos Secuenciales (2012), Dictadura de Vapor (2016), Niño Terror: ¡Vacaciones nunca más! (2019), Niño Terror: ¡Queremos calaverita! (2019) y Ecos Secuenciales: Forjador (2019).

Es además co-creador del concurso nacional Premio Pura Pinche Fortaleza de Novela Gráfica.

    This appeared first on a monthly magazine that was called Gallito Comics. The story ran for several months and eventually the author decided to publish the complete story.
    There have been a few releases from what i can remember.
    Great story, the art is really nice and unique sort of collage/ the story telling is good and uses a lot of cultural/tradition references.

    La historia es simple pero entretenida; pero el punto fuerte de este título es el apartado visual.
    Los páneles son caóticos, llenos de detalles en el fondo y con diferentes estilos y alusiones a la cultura popular mexicana. Este es fácilmente el punto más fuerte de Operación Bolívar.

    Los diálogos varían bastante en calidad y tienden a ser simples, lo que no siempre juega en favor de la obra.

    Definitivamente esto es de lo más interesante que ha habido en el cómic nacional en los últimos años (que o sea webcómic).
