Holy Smoke!!! Owen North was temptation in a suit!! I find myself once again falling in love with another book boyfriend written by Nina Levine, "Escape With A Billionaire Series" has become one of my favorite series of all times. This was a sexy and delicious forbidden office romance, that at the same time had fantastic characters and so many entertaining crazy moments. Owen North was another bossy alpha but I absolutely adore how he tried his best not to let Charlize down, in my opinion he went above and beyond to make her feel like she was the only woman he saw. I love Charlize craziness and adorable personality, I think me and her could be best friends and I definitely agree with her : Owen should not wear shirts at all. Their chemistry was HOT!! This book is a must read!!

    Leading with one of the most memorable meet cutes I've read was the PERFECT introduction to this new-to-me author's work. I'm jumping into the series with the final book, and I am just fine with that - this was easy to read as a standalone, and such steamy, tension-filled fun that it kept me turning the pages. These two have sparks flying between them from the first moment they meet, and the forbidden office dynamic that followed kept the tension ratcheted up. Plus, this hero is a genuinely nice guy who is not afraid of a commitment, and I loved his determination to get more than one night with his girl. There was perhaps a bit of a lull in the middle, but that's really my only complaint about this low angst, spicy treat - it was exactly what I was in the mood for when I started reading.

    The story follows Charlize, a woman who got her heart broken a year ago. She's been traveling the world ever since, and has only temporarily returned to her home base. So when she meets a sexy stranger at a wedding - in a very awkward way - he throws a wrench in her plans. Owen is the kind of guy Charlize knows to stay away from, but there's something about him that draws her closer. And when they share one heat-filled night together, Charlize is not sure that she'll be able to keep her distance. But both Charlize and Owen are thrown for a loop when they discover that Charlize will be temporarily working at the business he owns - for his ex-wife, no less. Surely they can keep their hands off each other while Charlize is working in the office... right?

    I really had no idea what to expect going into this, but the hysterical, heat-filled meet cute convinced me that I was in for a great read. The chemistry between these two is SUPER obvious, and that first steamy scene was certainly fan-worthy. I loved that Owen worked so hard to win Charlize over; he knew that someone amazing had stumbled into his life, and he was not willing to let her go. And I also thought the office situation was pretty unique - Owen works with his ex-wife, and he's trying to be respectful towards her. I kept worrying that there was going to be a ton of drama there, and I was very relieved to discover that wasn't the case. That's the only part of the story that dragged a little for me, but I also loved the playfulness and flirty moments. It's not the kind of story that digs deep or gets heavy, but it was just the kind of light and sexy office romance I wanted.

    In the 5th book in this series we get good guy Owen North and quirky Charlize. He’s dedicated to his job and does very little for himself and she’s been burned by influential men before and only wants 1 night. Then she’s working for his ex wife if the company they own together. What could go wrong?

    The author writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shockingly intimate I have become a huge fan of this author. The author writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

    This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

    As we've come to expect from the lovely Nina Levine, this book is well written and the characters are well thought out.

    However, and though I did enjoy this read, I must admit that I personally missed a little drama. Owen North is the man all women truly do wish for in real life, he's kind and considerate, sexy and THE MAN LISTENS! It's just that my readers heart crave something a little less perfect, something a little more gritty. Of that reason ONLY, this didn't hit the spot entirely.

    OMG, I just finished Owen North, the 5th book in Nina Levine's Escape With A Billionaire series and I'm not sure that I can ever expressed all of my feelings about it!

    First off, I wasn't sure that I could possibly love Owen as much as I did Beckett and Jameson...the last 2 books in this series and my very favorites! That being said, I fell as hard and fast for Owen as Charlize, the h did!!! There truly wasn't much about Owen not to love, he was pretty much perfection. He had some baggage, but even with that.....about as perfect as you can get. Charlize was such a treasure, she too has her baggage, but they deal with their histories in totally different ways. There were so many big talks that touched my heart and always lessons to be learned in Nina Levine's books, if you pay close attention.

    Owen North is such a beautiful, fun love story. But for me the banter between the main characters is the best part. In my opinion, no one writes banter quite like Nina Levine!!!

    Highly recommend this book it's definitely 5 stars!!!

    1/ Just the most amazing edition to "The Billionaire Series"

    I absolutely love a book where the 2 characters find each other straight away, the meeting, the realisation that its right.
    When it is not expected and it happens and the fact that their is an X wife and she is not an evil fiend and is not out to cause havoc between Charlize and Owen. I was fist pumping and it shows that sometimes people can be grown up about past relationships.
    I loved that Owen and Charlize were respectful and just didnt "accidently let said Penis fall into said Vagina"
    This book just flowed, I kept waiting for something to happen and in this instance I really thought Charlize was going to be the one to throw it all to hell.
    I was smitten from the beginning to the end.
    Our Characters appeared from previous books and it was the girls who had the starring rolls when they did.
    Thank you Nina, Owen was so worth the wait and I just have to side with Own in this one, " Im not a fan of Nutella either lol" I so enjoyed the bonus book. gotta love Headstrong kids that come along. :)

    Owen and Charlize met at a family wedding when he heard a woman scream in the toilets and thought someone needed help. Charlize had split her dress and it sheer frustration had screamed her head off. Owen was amused by her and he saved the day by giving her his jacket. Fate had them meeting again when his ex wife needed a temp and Charlize walked into their office. He couldnt stay away from the woman who made him laugh but he had to be careful of his ex wife who was constantly bickering with him. Owen and Charlize were good together but Owen never seemed to stop working and Charlize wanted someone who made her number one. Well written, good characters and nice ending

    I fell in love with Owen North straight away and was just waiting for him to slip up….. but he never did. He really was a dream boyfriend. Loved Charlize just as much. Her banter, inner thoughts cracked me up. She was such a straight shooter and Owen was so caring and thoughtful and gave her his full attention. Lucky for these two they both had the stamina needed for each other :-)

    What a fantastic book! I am a voracious reader, as in I read every day. Over the years of reading, I've not come across many books where a great romance doesn't have this enormous blowout/medling X, friend or parent/self-sacrificing episode... and I must admit that I was waiting for it... but it didn't come.
    This couple was so refreshingly likable. Their maturity with each other even in the face of 'childhood scars' was greatly appreciated. Owen is a man who was brought up in a demanding household to be one thing but had the strength of character to look at his life and where it was heading, and decide what was more important. Charlize is a strong woman on so many levels, yet vulnerable, charming and loyal.
    I loved reading about these two people and the mature way in which they tackle their lives.
    I've read all of Nina's books and I've had some serious 'book boyfriend' love affairs with quite a few of her characters, but Owen and Charlize have etched their way into a special part of my heart. It's such a beautiful, heart warming love story. I would even say that this is probably her best book yet!
