    In this final installment, Kathleen Kelly brings the MacKenny clan together again. Well-crafted and well-written, with complex characters, drama, laughter and tears. The MacKenny brothers are the kind of bad boys you can't help but love. Spark of Passion tells the stories of Tyson, Annette, Cutter and Logan. Tyson and Cutter couldn't be more different. Tyson, wealthy Manhattanite and owner of a football team. Cutter, soldier and enforcer for the MC. Yet, both are lost and broken. Wanting someone to love and be loved back. Both men shaped by life's experiences and betrayals. Annette has dedicated the past five years to raising her son. The fear of losing her heart again keeps her from seeking love with Tyson. But, hard times and hard truths will need to be faced, before everyone can look toward hope and love. Except Logan. He has no time for frilly sentiment that weakens the mind. So, he watches and bides his time. Logan knows there's a darkness in him, waiting to be unleashed. "Family First, Always."

    With Spark of Passion, we come to book 7 and the final chapters of the MacKenny Brothers series. This is the book that many have been waiting for, the book that ties up all the loose ends and it does a pretty good job of that. At the same time, it opens up an opportunity for an entirely new series that will spin off this MacKenny Brothers series. In that sense, this entire series ends as one heck of a cliffhanger. I love it but those readers who read these kinds of books looking mainly for happy-ever-after endings may not so much.

    There was what appeared to be or promised to be a happy-ever-after ending for some while storm clouds were brewing on the horizon for others. The cliffhanger ending happens when we become privy to Logan’s thoughts. Will he succeed or fail in his quest? What is that quest? Well, you will have to read the book to find out, and then hope that Kelly will write a follow-up series allowing us to see how he succeeds or fails.

    This book has some excellent suspense and action with a kidnapping. I love the characters and their loyalty and camaraderie. The only negative is I really didn't like what Logan has become at the very end of the book.

    Annette her son Beathan along with Tyson this is their story.
    This review is going to be a little different, I can tell you all about the book but I don't want to give you spoilers. Instead this is what I have to say: this story is so very well written, every word on every page is so absolutely amazing. I felt just by her writing alone that I was actually living in the story. The writing is pure poetry it was so descriptive and so well done I was totally blown away. I have not experienced a book written like this before. The description and the wording was simply amazing. I love this book and I highly recommend if you want to read a book that was so very well written and so descriptive that makes you feel like you're living in it then please read this one I highly recommend it! I know I repeated myself but that's how I feel and I'm just amazed. It's a great story ,excellent characters ,you get all the McKinney Brothers (I think I said that right.) I love Annette, I love her son and Tyson. I love their story and it's a fantastic ending to a great series!

    This is quick bring the family back together. This story brings characters from previous books to have the family all together again.
    Annette and Tyson have lived together as friends, but she wanted to have an easier, freer life for her son,Beathan, who is a relative of the MacKenny clan.
    When there is trouble and Beathan is taken, because people think he is Tyson’s son, and they want the ransom.
    Everyone works together and. They send in Cutter and Logan to do recon and to help find him..
    Along the way peoples lives are changed both for the good and for the bad, but the love this family has for each other and their circle of friends is what a family is ment to be.

    This book was for all of those who didn't like how the previous one ended. Me, I just figured it was realistic to life. But I'm used to being in the minority.
    Don't get me wrong as always this was a good book by this author and had all the things in it to tie up this series in prettier (but not too pretty) bows.
    Just because it was the final final book didn't mean it lacked suspense or things to keep you guessing about after the final page was done.
    I look forward to seeing what the author comes up with next.

    This is the final chapter of the MacKenney Brothers series and I couldn't put this one down. This story is told from multiple characters POV and I loved it. There was a lot of ground to cover in this story. And that ending....WOW! This was such an amazing series. I really do love reading Kathleen's work. Her characters are like coming home. You become wrapped up in them, as well as their stories. Kathleen weaves their tales beautifully.

    She wanted a good life for her young son. A single mom's life isn't easy. She had support, Tyson, a wealthy man who'd been there for Annette and as a father figure. Yet they had not let feelings or chemistry enter their relationship. Returning to her childhood area separated them. Would they keep apart or would the separation bring them closer?

    The MacKenny brothers and the MC would protect them. The bad guys thought the little boy was the billionaire's son and worth a lot when they kidnapped him. The love all shared for the precious little boy made his recovery a top priority.

    Great characters and story. My main objection—this is the Final Book in the series.
