- Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2024Loved this! It had a great message, and I really loved the questions at the end. We all have flaws, and this book was about accepting them in ourselves and those around us. Not only a wonderful bedtime story for reinforcement but a great teaching moment from an early age. Worth it.
I received a copy through RABT Book Tours, and this is my unsolicited review.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2024A wonderful book to show kids that everyone is different and everyone has value. This should be on every shelf and in every classroom.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2024Wonderful children’s book about acceptance. Cute illustrations. It's very easy to read to a child because it’s sing-song-like. It’s so nice to obtain a children’s book with a message, is fun, has beautiful illustrations, and has discussion questions for you and your child or grandchild.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2024I am in love with this story. It is so full of positivity and encouragement. I can’t tell you how amazing this story is. The title says it all, Perfectly Imperfect! With amazing illustrations that truly capture the feelings of the story. Every page is meaningful. Every thought is important. The book truly says it all. It celebrates the uniqueness and individuality of everyone. The book even shows the beauty in things like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, or your shyness and your silly laughter. The book also gives ideas on how to celebrate how perfectly unique you are. It even asks questions like what makes me happy and what makes me unique. I feel that every family and every early childhood classroom, or any classroom, should share this book together. Enjoy this with your little ones.
A Million Stars
- Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2024A beautiful tale about all the imperfect things in life that are perfectly imperfect! I loved the wacky illustrations and funny lines.
“Everything about you is rare, valuable, and prized. You, my dear, don’t ever need a disguise, you are never too much, you are never too little. You are just right. Hey, that even goes for your giggle.”
“Perfect things are a bore. It’s your birthmarks and googily parts that I adore.”
This book is great to read to any kid needing a chuckle and self-confidence boost. A nice read!
