Pretty Please Me: A Friends to Lovers Romantic Comedy (Drive Me Crazy Book 3) Kindle Edition
My best friend just asked me to be her sex tutor.
Maggie said she needs a professional. Because she says she can’t hit that big O.
Plus her high school crush just reached out after she drunkenly liked a really old photo on social media at 3 AM.
How do I know this?
I hid in our friend’s tarot booth to avoid my last Submissive. Only to find Maggie with an extremely sexually charged message from Spirit written on a napkin. The word Orgasm written huge in the center.
When Maggie’s apartment floods, I take her to my place.
I know I shouldn’t, but when Maggie begs me with her beautiful trusting eyes to be the one to help her get off.
All I can think about is pleasing Maggie in every way.
I’m dying to be her Pleasure Dom, but I don’t want to lose her.
When she wakes up and finds the contract I built for us, I hope she says yes.
Thirty days then we’re done.
Get her off, but don’t fall in love.
Except – I don’t know if I’ll be able to follow my own rules this time around.
Pretty Please Me is a laugh-out-loud, scorching-hot romantic comedy that puts a fun spin on the more commonly known BDSM lifestyle.
• Friends to Lovers.
• Dom/Sub Agreement.
• Sex Lessons.
• Forced Proximity.
• He Falls First.
It is the third book in the Drive Me Crazy series but can be read as a standalone.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2023Format: KindleVerified PurchasePretty Please Me by Jere Anthony is the first book I’ve read by her, and won’t be the last! There are two previous books in this series, but are complete stand alone, and I fully intend to go back and read them now!
I really enjoyed this book! It was funny, cute, and an overall very light read. The book follows Maggie, who has never had an O before, and her journey to finding out that it was never her that was broken. She enlists her friend Sam to help her find her O, and Sam being a pleasure Dom happily accepts it with a contract. The contract serves to keep lines from being blurred, but it doesn’t work, their chemistry is just too much for either of them to keep those lines clear!
Pretty Please Me has some of my favorite tropes! Forced Proximity, Friends to Lovers, He falls first, and BDSM. I walked into this book completely blind and was not disappointed. My only draw backs were the errors found in the book. It could definitely use for another round of editing. And while I really enjoyed the book and the couple, I did find them both to be kind of two-dimensional, and I felt like I didn’t really get to know them all that well. I would definitely recommend this author for rom-com fans!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2024Format: KindleVerified PurchaseCaught this on a stiff your kindle and was surprise with how quickly I ate this up. It’s giving 50 shades of grey but less cheesy. The beginning tho hooked me immediately. Jaw was on the floor with that scenario.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2023Format: KindleVerified PurchaseI absolutely loved this book and devoured the series. The Drive me Crazy series is my first read is Jerè Anthony and I couldn’t be more pleased with her style of writing. This book was funny, sweet, goofy, spicy, and had wake up moments in it I appreciated.
Maggie is the last single girl of her friend group, and being in her late twenties she is beginning to feel the loneliness of that creep up on her. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have the best track record with men. Never obtaining a second date, and never being able to orgasm once in her 28 years. She decides to take measures into her own hands, she wants someone to teach her how to be better in the bedroom so she can persuade her high school crush at her 10 year reunion. Maggie discusses this over drinks with her friend Sam. Little did she know Sam has a whole like she is unaware of. Sam is a successful man who leads a busy life. He doesn’t do relationships, and avoids “love” like the plague. However, he does do contracts. You see, Sam is in the BDSM community and is a pleasure-dom. He just got out of his last contract with his submissive and Maggie telling him about all of his struggles- he can do nothing else but help a friend out. Little does she know, she walked into the lions den. Sam helps Maggie find her inner confidence, and helps her realizes once she’s out of her own head, everything else will come in tune.
This was such a good read. I enjoyed the dynamic of Maggie and Sam’s relationship. And god do I love a book with some good humor and spice 10/10
- Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2023Format: KindleVerified PurchaseI was given an ARC of this book for an honest review, so here we go.
Maggie is a woman who is trying to get in touch with her sexuality by making a contract with her friend (Sam) who happens to be a Dom. Instead of just sex lessons, she learns to value herself and to be selfish from time to time.
I honestly adored the characters and, though I haven't read the other two in this series, I am definitely going to now! I want to stay in this world of love, and conflict, and hope for as long as I can.
Maggie is so relatable. I understand the insecurities that plague her and her desire to overcome them. She has let fear rule her for long enough, she deserves to have some happiness as well.
Sam is a man who gets what he wants, but is shown what he wants is not always what he needs. The way he cares for Maggie is so sweet and I hope to find someone so caring in my life.
The relationship is so well written and I cannot wait for you to read it!!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2023Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseWhen I say I devoured this book, I mean I gobbled it up like a “good girl” would. 😉 This is my third book by Jere’ Anthony that I’ve read, and it’s a hard toss up between “Pretty Please Me” and “Wild For You” as to which is my favorite! I love how she intertwined characters from previous books in the series so you can get a glimpse of what some of your favorite characters are up to. Maggie’s self journey made this book stand out among other romances for me because her character’s development is like a whole other story you want to see unfold outside of the romance with her and Sam. Out of all the love interests in the series, Sam is definitely my favorite! The dom/sub dynamic is fun and steamy, especially if you’re into praise kinks. The smut was 👌🏼🥵🌶️🌶️🌶️ This will easily be a series I come back to enjoy again when I’m in a reading slump!

- Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2024Format: KindleVerified PurchaseThe dedication of this book says it all. Jeré Anthony has put into words how so many women feel as they go through dating/relationships. This romantic comedy, friends to lovers story is funny, cute, emotional, and starts off as a slow burn before speeding off into a spicy tale resulting in an HEA - but not without a bit of an emotional rollercoaster mixed in. Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️/5 (Note: Dom/Sub relationship, mild smut, and pleasure kink found inside these pages). This is Book 3 in the Drive Me Crazy series, but each story can be read as a standalone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing

5.0 out of 5 stars A must-read
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseIf only we all had a friend like Maggie does. He sounds wonderful. The story is great, and you smile at all the moments of unexpected passion. Maggie goes through a major transformation, and you just want to cheer her on. Get this book!

4.0 out of 5 stars Not quite as smutty as the cover leads you to believe.
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseI mean, it’s smuttier than, Ali Hazelwood or Elena Armes books but it’s definitely not as smutty as the cover and title want you to believe.
It’s light and easy to read. Plot is cute.
However, it commits the ultimate sin. It fades to black when they go into the airplane bathroom to join the Mile High Club.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than I was expecting
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseSam and Maggie…ahh, their chemistry was off the charts 🔥🔥
Their background story was a great insight as to how they were wired and why they were the way they were. And that just made me like them more
The friend group and family dynamics were a great addition that really added that depth to the story. It wouldn’t have been half as fun without it.
It also had a different and more appealing slant to the Dom/Sub trope that really worked for me. Normally I don’t like that trope at all.
Steamy 🔥🔥🔥
