Pulled Under is a great read may be my favorite of the Walker men! It’s very fitting that it’s release was during the holidays! Lisa never ever disappoints she gave us more, more, more! This is a nice long story that stays interesting and suspenseful sure to keep you entertained right until the end. There are so many great moments with the rest of the Walker Team too! You don’t have to read the other books to keep up with this one but you should because the series is amazing! Asher is sexy hot and super protective while being liberating at the same time. He’s perfect for Sierra who is really brave and independent but who needs security. They really are pulled in every direction and pulled under each other’s spell. Is there hope for Sierra after her crazy past? Will she get anyone hurt by getting into the mix? Can Asher and the Walker brothers and sisters make everything right? You have to read this don’t wait!

    Archer meets Sierra while bartending undercover and quickly realizes she's in very serious trouble. In this story, we have two separate villains, but the first villain becomes secondary to Sierra's troubles. They get both evil bad guys in the end with the help of the whole Walker clan, but mostly Archer is her hero. Of course. I love that all the women are involved and essential to the agency. This kept me engaged until I finished it. Loved the romance and the suspense. I recommend this book. On to Jacob's story.... ;D

    Pulled Under features Asher, a tatted-up, rebellious, ex-rocker, ex-Seal Team Six commando with a helluva hero complex; and Sierra, a haunted, secretive, fiery-yet-vulnerable woman on the run from her murderous soon-to-be ex-husband. It's a match made in heaven -- unless you stop to think that her terrifying past might catch up with -- and destroy -- the entire Walker brotherhood before it's all over. Or that the other loose cannon in this story, a serial killer no less, might kill one or both of them before her powerful ex tracks her down to exact vengeance. Lisa skillfully dangles these possibilities in front of us from the story's sinister beginning to its suspenseful and satisfying end.

    As usual, the chemistry is intense and immediate, and when their passion for each other finally ignites, it's explosive. Those who have followed Lisa's Tall, Dark, and Deadly series, or who have read Deep Under, the first Walker Security novel, will be briefly reacquainted with familiar characters, but new readers won't be confused -- they will most likely be intrigued enough to check out the rest of her complicated alpha heroes and the women who love them.

    There is nothing especially edgy about Pulled Under; as an adrenaline junkie, I could have easily tolerated even more psychological and emotional suspense in this story. That being said, it was a thoroughly engaging and enjoyable addition to the series. I'm looking forward to the next Walker story, and hope there are more to follow.

    Book 2 of the spin-off standalones set in the world of the Walker brothers series is Asher and Sierra’s story. Asher is a man of many talents, a rocker turned Navy Seal, who now works for the three brothers. He’s tall, blond and has tattoos that make any woman drool. They’re one of the first things Sierra notices about him, that and his protectiveness which comes to the fore almost from the moment they first meet at her new job as a bartender. She’s not so sure he’s all that sweet when he mixes her up with the bar top dancers, though.
    Asher is instantly attracted to the sexy, mysterious brunette, he wants her with a passion that’s almost blinding, that makes him reckless, when it’s the last thing he usually is. And he ends up paying for it.
    Asher is sweet and sexy, a hot alpha who needs to be more patient than he’s used to, to get his woman. But, he’ll be that for Sierra because he knows she’s it for him. He’s witnessed the phenomena happen with the Walker brothers and knows it’s for real. One look, one exchange and she was going to be his. Forever.
    Sierra doesn’t quite see it Asher’s way, she has secrets, she’s on the run, desperately trying to stay one step ahead of a man who wants to make her sorry she ever met him, secrets that she holds close to her heart.
    Secrets that can and have killed. Secrets she wants to protect Asher and the Walker clan from becoming tainted with. That’s not how Asher rolls though and he’ll do everything in his power to get to the hidden truth. Sierra tries, but she can’t make herself tell him- at first, but as her heart slowly unfurls and wraps around Asher, she lets him in.
    I loved this story. It was like walking a tightrope at times, seeing the ground swaying beneath you as you swing from scene to scene. It’s dark and gritty at times, hot and sweaty at others, but Asher and Sierra’s connection blazes a trail through it all. I thought I had it all worked out and the BAMM! The roller coaster finish came quicker that I liked, I was so invested in this story I never wanted it to end. But, sadly it did.
    Yet another fantastic story, I can’t recommend it heartily enough and am waiting rather impatiently for the final book, Falling Under, which is out in January 2018.

    Pulled Under Book 2 in the Walker Security series continued at the same pace set in the first book Deep Under

    In this book we meet Asher who works with the elite security firm. While undercover on a job he meets Sierra who he quickly discovers is hiding from someone and carrying one helluva secret.
    His attraction to her is near instant but it's his desire to protect her and find out what's going on with her that made me fall for him. Asher is a fab character - a bit of a chameleon, he can fit in when suited or booted or tattoos on show behind a bar. I loved that he was determined not to let Sierra go regardless of how much she tried to push him away.

    Sierra was a good leading lady, you could do nothing but feel for her as she'd ran from a terrible existence but she peeved me off at times with her 'will I stay or go', 'can I trust these people or not'.... I got that she was terrified of whoever she was running from but gods, what did Asher and the Team have to do to get her to settle and believe that they were there to help her.

    Well written, fast paced, full of suspense, intensity, chemistry and packed with heat and attraction,
    Lisa Renee Jones has written another great series with the Walker Security books and I can't wait for book 3 and to find out what's in store for Jacob.
