    This is my first book by this author and it looks like I have a whole first gen series to catch up on and I most definitely will be. I will always love a good heartfelt MC story full of love, loyalty, dedication with a bit of action and danger and this one definitely fit into that category.

    This is Q and Jules’ story and it’s so freaking good. Q is one of many brothers but the only one who has yet to settle down and find his place in this world. Questioning wether he’s to spend his life alone when everyone he knows has found that one that completes them. Until the day he meets her. Jules is just trying to get through life unnoticed after spending her life abused first by her father and then her husband. She doesn’t understand why she’s had to endure what she has, she just wants to live and avoid all types of pain and betrayal from men. Until him.

    Their story is a slow burn to start as Q works to get Jules to let her walls down and to trust again but the connection and attraction is instant. And when they do get together it’s fan yourself hot!! The love and care Q gives and shows Jules is beautiful and their relationship throughout the book and their HEA is just as beautiful. I am so looking forward to reading more of this authors books both past and future works. Highly recommend this!!

    I wanted to give this book 4 stars but I just couldn’t. I was so unhappy with the storyline, or I guess the order of events. We spend almost 42% of the book with Jules and Q fighting and unsure and then the rest of the book doesn’t give us enough time with them! Steam doesn’t really hit until after 50% and it felt rushed or skipped. Gives a slow burn feel.

    I felt for Jules and her past, Q was so great to be patient with her and listen to her. The second half of the book made me mad because when Jules’ past catches up to her Q can’t be there and I felt like it was so unneeded to put him somewhere else, even if it is supposed to help us want to read the second book to see what is going to happen. And I felt like the hacking was random (I have not read the other books, WHICH I WISH THE AUTHOR WOULD PUT A DISCLAIMER that it would be beneficial to read her other series first…) and I felt like the punishment Q handed out was just not his character. He doesn’t come off as someone who would be so brutal, albeit fitting for the reason, but it just didn’t feel like something he should do.

    I loved the epilogue but just wanted more of them. I don’t think I will continue this series or go back to the others. I found myself reading other books and just wasn’t hooked.

Jules had a horrific past with both an abusive father and ex husband. Q was very patient with her and gave her the confidence to get her life back. After that the chemistry between them was off the charts hot and they finally got their HEA. I love the world of the Fury and all the characters and them being one big family.     There’s something about a woman in distress and an alpha male that does what he can to support her to help her rise above her past. Jules is that woman and Q is definitely that man. Jules was abused and finally left her abuser. Years of hiding and she only wanted to lay low. I love these stories in that there is a bit of instant love where the guy is completely bonded to the woman. There’s a bit of darkness to this story, totally appropriate given this is an MC. But it is done in such a way, with a brightness from the love, that made this impossible to put down for me. Another wonderful story in this fantastic series.

    The most recent installment in the original Satan’s Fury chapter has got to be one of my favorites! Q finally finds his true love albeit there is obvious tension between him and Jules. Through much perseverance and patience, we get a love story for the ages! Jules has had a rough go of life and has surrounded herself with what she considers to be unpenetrable walls … walls that crumble in the most beautiful way thanks to the strong, patient, and stoic Quinton. Wilder deals with a tough storyline as only she can and shows that domestic violence survivors can overcome their past to experience a beautiful life. My heart hurt so much for Jules and what she had to go thru to find her Prince Charming. This storyline was so beautifully written to give us a glimpse into issues surrounding all facets of domestic violence and how it can affect the survivor and those around them. This is an important subject that many gloss over to make insignificant; Wilder makes it “significant” and forefront – you can’t ignore it, but you can move forward. Jules is my newest hero for making the choice to move on and learn to trust again. My heart lies in Jules strength. Thank you, L. Wilder, for bringing us a story with powerful meaning.

    I fell in love with the Fury from the beginning and this book just added to that love!!! Omg Q and Jules story was fantastic! We get a sneak peek into the Fury Children and how everyone has been doing over the last couple decades!! Q sees Jules for the first time and she pretty well writes him off. This happens a few times before he helps her one evening and then he continues to help her find herself and the things she likes most. Jules life has been absolute hell and she has written off men and keeps to herself. When she first sees Q her heart flutters but she can't help keeping him at a distance. Can she get past all the bad thats happened in her life and have a HEA and can Q finally have the life that he has wanted for a long time. If you haven't read any of the Satan Fury MC books I suggest that you start from the beginning so you get where this books is coming from!!! Happy Reading
