The Sheikh’s Stubborn Employee (Qadir Sheikhs Book 3) Kindle Edition
Zaman isn’t the sort of man to fall for a woman, especially one with such a fierce streak of independence. But he can’t help being wildly attracted to the beautiful American, and he secretly admires her strength and intelligence. Emily will only be in Qadir for six months, so what’s the problem with giving into their searing passion for a short fling? After all, he’s an expert at not growing too attached to anyone. This time, though, things are different. Emily is different. Maddeningly hard-headed. Thoroughly lovely. And…pregnant with his child.
At the news, Zaman’s world shifts dramatically. His protective instincts kick into high gear—and end up pushing Emily away. It soon becomes clear, though, that the only race he wants to win is the one for Emily’s heart…

About the author
New to Leslie? Dive into 'The Bossy One'—a sidesplitting grumpy bosshole rom-com that’s guaranteed to tickle your funny bone!
Leslie North is a USA Today Bestselling pen name for a mysterious author who spins romantic comedies and contemporary romances like a boss (a very bossy one, at that). The cloak of anonymity lets her unleash her wildest creativity, especially in those steamy, swoon-worthy scenes that’ll make you blush.
Leslie’s affair with romance began when she stumbled upon a dog-eared romance novel in her local library. She started writing shortly after and, as they say, the rest was a hysterical, heartwarming history. Now, she lives in a cozy cottage on the British coast, where she takes long, leisurely walks with her two Dalmatians, George and Fergie, who are as mischievous as they sound.
Fun fact: Leslie loves her alter-ego more than her real-life self! Her books are jam-packed with feisty laugh-out-loud characters, especially women who aren’t afraid to take on a grumpy bosszilla. And the humor? Let's just say you'll need to warn people around you about the sudden outbursts of laughter.
She’s head-over-heels for reader feedback, so if you’ve got something to say, don’t be shy—reach out and make her day!

- Reviewed in the United States on August 11, 2020Enjoyed reading this book it was definitely love at first sight even though Emily and sheikh Zaman realized it after she became pregnant. I would recommend this book. I love all Leslie North books on sheikhs.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 27, 2020Terrific setting loved to read about deserts, horses and,far away places. Gives my life grounding when it gets rough. We all need a little getaway once in awhile.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 22, 2020Emily goes to Zaman's country to help train the horse her late father sold him. The horse is having a baby. Zaman is a little bossy, at times. Their live of horses brings them closer together
- Reviewed in the United States on March 13, 2020Emily Baker grew up on a horse ranch in Kentucky with her sister Charlotte. Her mother died in a riding accident when the girls were fairly young leaving their father to raise them and in the last years of his life he came down with dementia selling off many off many of their best horses before the girls realized what was happening. Three months after his passing Sheikh Zamon Abdulk-Rahman of Qudir showed up at the ranch to pick up his horse Rlah. There were two things wrong with that plan, first Rlah was not Mr. Baker's to sell and second if the sisters were going to saver the ranch they needed Rlah and the foal she carried. Rlah was the off spring from the sister's mother mare and belonged to Emily. The only thing that saved them at all was that Rlah was supposed to be in race ready condition, but she was not. As a result Zamon took a second horse Majalun and they could have Rlah's foal back after it was weaned and able to travel back to the United States. Also, Emily would need to come to Qudir for six months to train Majalun for an Endurance Race they were having, since Zamon was not planning losing the race to his brother Baqir with the amount of money they had bet against each other.
Emily did not know how this was going to work as she was way to attracted to Zamon, and he was not a man that asked you to do something he demanded. Emily was use to taking care of herself, she could not handle someone telling her what to do.
This was a different type of romantic read that was enjoyable and fast paced. Also, it will hold your attention from beginning to end. Well worth taking the time to read, you should find it easy reading and relaxing.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2020I enjoyed this book. The story was entertaining, the characters engaging and the chemistry easy to feel. The highly appealing blend of emotion and heat grabs your attention and keeps you invested in the conclusion of this romance. I liked the pairing of Emily and Zaman. They may have been from different worlds but They both are determined to protect their heart. The story line was fun, emotional, steamy and had some drama. In my opinion just a really good read. This is my independent, impartial review.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 14, 2020Nice ending to the series. I always enjoy a little push and pull with the main characters. Both were likeable, though the plot with the pregnancy thing was similar to the first book, even done differently.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2020The Sheikhs' Stubborn Employee is the last book in the Qadir Sheikhs series and it does not disappoint.
Emily is running a farm in Kentucky while trying to sort out all the deals her father made before he passed. Zaman had made one those deals and came to collect the horse he paid for.
Emily is a great trainer and a wonderful teacher to those working at the palace, she is strong and will not back down. Now only if Zaman can understand that he can get what he wants if they can be a team.
Thus is a great series to enjoy over a quite day.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 22, 2020Emily Baker is in a lot of trouble, because she finds out we horse farm is struggling financially. Without her knowledge her father had sold her favorite horse before he died. Sheikh Zaman Abdul-Rahman bought the horse and came to get it. Zaman decided he wants a fling with her but she isn't looking for romance certainly not with an overbearing alpha male that came to take her horse. Her horse is pregnant and until he gives Her a generous offer by buying another horse. He also takes Emily to Qadir for six-month to train for an important race. She knows the money will save her farm. Zaman isn't the sort of man that falls for a woman especially one with Such fierce independentce. It seems even though that they can't seem to stay away from each other

5.0 out of 5 stars Not horsing around
Zamen and Emily share more than the passion of horses, they share one of the flesh. As feelings become more intense an unexpected pregnancy throws everything into turmoil. Sometimes you need to loose something to find out how much it means to you, and what it will take to get it back.

4.0 out of 5 stars The Sheikhs Stubborn Employee
A story about a Sheikh who thought he was the boss and a woman who knew as far as she was concerned he was not the boss of her.
