My Review 💛💛💛💛💛 Just when I think I can’t love Boone Micheal Mason anymore you go an make him even better - he was so worth the wait 💕 Boone Micheal Mason what can you say about this sweet southern man that hasn’t been told. A heart of gold and the comedian of the Mason boys. He may be the toughest but his brothers better take notice when he talks because he got a lot of put into the works. Jaxi Thorpe is a girl just looking for her place in life and little did she know that she might find it on a southern town climbing through what she thought was her cousins window. The girl that didn’t trust and was always looked down on an made to feel unwanted finally starts to see herself as someone worth being loved. Yep that’s right you can’t get a better opening for two people to meet and only Boone would have a girl climb in his window an not think is 100 percent out of character for him. I loved the twist in this book and the great connections that are made along the way. To say it take a village is a great way to put it in this book because it did. Boone has held a special place in my heart the last 2 books waiting for his turn and I’m so glad I was able to read this book early. Must read book in the Mason Family Series - .

    Boy, oh boy, do I need a light, easy rom-com after this one! Not to cast aspersions on this story, of course, because each new booķ I read in this series is my new favorite. This amazingly gifted wrıter has really surpassed herself with this phenomenal read!

    It's cute and clever, and downright adorable, especially with little Rosie. Gah! It's witty and laugh-out-loud hilarious, because, Mason brothers! It's tragically heartbreaķing with Jaxi's story, and it's rewarding and exhılarating to see the pląyer in the Mason family find his HEA.

    Of all the meet cutes, clımbing through the window of the wrong house has to be in the top ten. Jaxi Thorpe finally has a chance to restart her life with a clean slate and a nanny job in Hawaii after a stop in Savanah to visit her cousin/best friend. But apropos of Jaxi's life, cousin Libby goes on a trip with her husband so Jaxi visits Libby's house without Libby. Except Libby forgets to leave Jaxi a key. Hence, the climbing through the window. Of Boone Mason's house.

    Jaxi is really a remarkable girl with a ready laugh, clever wit and heart of gold. Yet all she sees is the girl who was never loved and blamed for everything, and she lives her life waiting for the other shoe to drop. Just when she's finally getting her act together, fate steps in, pųlls the rug out from under her, and dųmps a great big pıle of new challenges on her. If that's not overwhelming enough, her Boone connection places her right in the middle of all that Mason family love and compassion. It's far beyond Jaxi's realm of experience but exactly what she's always longed for.

    We never really know what we're capable of until life tests our mettle with the bıg challenges. Boone thinks he's the typical baby of the family. Charming, fun-loving, irresponsible and undependable. But he finds himself stepping up for Jaxi. Impulsively. Spontaneously. And it couldn’t feel more right.

    With small-town charm and a bıg, boisterous, loving family you'll definitely want to be a part of, Boone and Jaxi's emotional story is a direct hıt to the heart.     Super cute and low angst, this was a welcome change from the last book in this series. I loved the uncomplicated storyline, and the banter between these two was great. I was initially loving the vibe between them, but the TWIST threw everything off-balance, and not really in a good way. It's difficult to critique the book without giving away spoilers, but the twist was completely unexpected... and it sort of smothered all of the chemistry for me. These two have great FRIEND chemistry and it's easy to see the instalove on our hero's part, but... I can't say that I really felt it myself. It's more of a relationship that develops because of circumstances, rather than one that's allowed to come about naturally.

    The story follows Boone and Jaxi, two strangers who meet when Jaxi accidentally breaks into the wrong house. Jaxi intended to let herself into the home she's staying in temporarily, but wound up at the neighbor's instead. The playboy and the hot mess hit it off right away, and it seems like they might just be heading for a quick and sexy fling when fate intervenes. Suddenly, all of Jaxi's plans have changed, and she needs a place to stay for awhile. And that place? Is with Boone. It's more of a commitment than he's ever made to a woman before, but something about Jaxi feels right.

    While I typically love this author's work, this series hasn't quite been hitting the mark for me. I liked this one A LOT more than Reputation, but it's not one of my favorites from the author. Jaxi and Boone were really cute together and I loved the bond they formed, but things escalate very quickly. They didn't always feel like they were on equal footing (they weren't), and the speed at which things fall into place for them didn't help that. I'd also love to read about a Mason who ISN'T a playboy and hasn't been sleeping around in the days/weeks before meeting their heroine, but that's just me. Regardless, this is a light, sweet, slow burn romance, and I enjoyed quite a bit of it.

    He has fallen in love with both of them. He's getting attached to both of them and doesn't want to lose them.
    Siggy, Boone's mom, loves both Jazi and Rosie. When she finds out that they are going to stay with Boone, she goes all out buying little girl bedding, toys and clothes. She calls all the brothers and significant others to come and help set up everything.
    Great love story of two people that fell into their lives by accident but find a mutual attraction and the love of a little girl. Those Mason brothers and their strong family love.

    Hands down Boone is my favourite Mason! He may just be my favourite Adriana Locke book boyfriend! Don't tell Lincoln!

    The minute I started reading Reckless I was totally lost in Boone and Jaxi's story. How they meet has to be one of my all time favourite moments.

    Boone is the youngest Mason, doesn't take things to seriously but when Jaxi needs someone Boone totally steps up for her. Jaxi's story will pull on your heart strings!

    They have such amazing chemistry, their banter is so good and you instantly feel they have known each other for forever.

    I loved catching up with all my favourites again, Wade in particular was a favourite in this story!

    I am loving this series and can't wait for Oliver's story!

    With Reckless, Adriana Locke has vaulted the Mason Family series into my Top Fave series of ALL TIME!!! Boone Mason and Jaxi Thorpe are simply FIRE!!! The Boone Swoon is REAL and Jaxi is an adorable, complex and lovable heroine that I fell completely and totally in love with!

    The meet cute between Boone and Jaxi is one the BEST I've read. It was the first, but certainly not the last, hook that had me captivated with this unexpected, unputdownable read! I absolutely loved everything about this banter-filled, emotional, sizzlingly sexy story with the cutest little scene-stealer EVER!!!

    There was some angst here, but not the gut-twisting, heart-shredding type that Ms. Locke CAN put you through. The tension between these two comes mostly from their own insecurities and, in Jaxi's case, she's learned to not trust anything good because she was taught that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. As for Boone, he's always been the good-time playboy, the brother who, in his mind, wasn't the serious one, the one anybody relied on or expected anything from so when Jaxi literally broke into his life he was sure he had nothing to offer her!

    Adriana Locke is an auto-one-click-author for me and Reckless did NOT disappoint in any way! It is a beautifully written, hilariously funny, heartwarming and steamy MUST READ!!!
