What I like about this book is that it breaks things down in details and on top of our that it gives references to other more deeper perspectives of The Sacred Secretions. I'm really hoping I can get my hands on the Bible explanation one. But all and all I did my 13 months and just like the book said is how things are. Way beyond what I would've imagined. So if you're looking for a way to open yourself up more to the spiritual world of things and not feel like you have to overwhelm yourself with going cold turkey on certain products or foods you may enjoy just to get your spiritual journey going. Try this method out. Well worth it, I'm even willing to continue past the 13 months. My body is completely in tune with the flow.
