    I loved this 2nd book in the series with Devon and Sawyer. Sawyer's ex was such a douche cheating on Sawyer and then having his engagement party at Bar 28 just to pass Sawyer off but I'm glad it led Sawyer to Devon. He was a hot mechanic Daddy to Sawyer who discovers his submissive boy side and their sex was hot af. I truly believe everything happens for a reason in life. This book just made me happy all over. Of course Max and Gus and the gang all make appearances in this book. After all they are a chosen family. Loved Devon's dad always being there for him.     So here we have the second book in the Bar 28 series by J J Harper.
    This story is about Sawyer & Devon both searching for the perfect person for them.
    Their first meeting was at a very unwelcome engagement party where Sawyer was bar tending- the shift for Sawyer was intense and difficult given the circumstances but he handled himself like a champ, and there was little light at the end when a sexy stranger was sitting at the bar.
    Here starts the journey of Sawyer & Devon.
    They click quickly and both soon realise that they satisfy a need in each other, a desire so strong that there’s no denying it.
    This story is sweet, it’s sexy, there’s moments of sheer joy when you see the strong connection they develop, there’s love, desire, laughter and a sprinkling tension for the win! I loved the dynamic between them - the daddy and his boy was heart melting and I loved that about them.
    It was lovely to catch up with the other guys and there’s a couple of characters we meet that I’m trying to wrangle a story for!
    J J provides us with a well rounded tale that grabs your attention from the first page, the characters are a joy and well written and she just gets better and better with each book she crafts and I’m always waiting and anticipating her next book 📚 eagerly.
    So if you need a comforting, happy, sweet story to keep you warm then this is the series... Don’t forget Gus is the first book in the series and whilst these are stand alone books, reading in order will only increase your enjoyment of Bar 28.
