About the author

My name is Sue Ransom - also known as S.C.Ransom, and I'm an author based near Chichester, in the UK. I used to have a completely different life, but then I wrote my first novel, Small Blue Thing, as a birthday present for my daughter, and things snowballed from there. Four published books and multiple translations later, I'm now a full time writer. As well as my YA books, I write thrillers for adults, and ghost write memoirs and life stories.

5.0 out of 5 stars part of a trilogy
Bought all 3 of this trilogy now. Tween age daughter really loved it and it got her reading for "fun" (not what she had to) We even had to pre book the final part to be sure we got it as soon as it came out. I read it too and found it quite compelling. Teen school life, love supernatural, intense love, loss fear and suspense, just how they see the world. Oh and the first two books do not neatly wrap it up in a bow but leave you wanting to know more.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great
A very good and interesting book, there were many points in which I thought the book was getting a bit dull however it always saved itself. S.C. Ransom is an excellent author and I honestly hope there will be more in this series but sadly I don't think that is going to happen

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic - couldn't put it down!
I absolutely loved this trilogy and found it hard to put the books down. The characters were perfect and the plot kept me guessing all the time. Would recommend this trilogy to anyone who loves Stephenie. Meyer or Shalini Boland....a great love story, strong heroines and exciting storylines.
