    I have this crazy habit of reading a book without realizing what I'm getting into, especially when it's from an author I'm a huge fan of. With this book, I had no clue what to expect, but had a general idea that it would probably be amazing. However, right as I started reading it, life happened and sucked all my reading joy with it.

    I wanted to give this book a proper read, which is why it took me so long to read. I didn't want my mood to impact the story of my review of it. When I felt myself slipping out of enjoyment, I stopped reading. I'm glad I did that, because little by little, the joy came back and I was able to finish the story.

    The scenes are intense, the story one that could totally be relatable, and this book (at the time of this review) also includes another incredible bonus book for free.

    Definitely pick up this book, because I don't think you'd be disappointed. M.S. Parker almost always delivers good quality stories that destroy your heart, but piece it back together beautifully.

    The entire series is amazing. This was the best one and the one I didn't want to end. It's best to read in order, you get a good grip on who is about her life. Wish there was more to read about all of them.

    Jacen and Camry have demons to face and to overcome. Jacen is a dancer/stripper in Las Vegas, his promisingly football career which ends up destroyed by an injury. Camry is a recovering drug addict who turned tricks in Vegas to feed her habit even though she had a loving family back home who supported her, including a very overprotective brother. Camry ends up getting a call from a friend in Las Vegas who needed help and she ends up running into Jacen who she knew as a teen and had a huge crush on; from this, they strike up their friendship and from that an attraction flares. We see the seedy underbelly of Las Vegas and two people who have demons that they still need to face and overcome—will they unite and overcome the pain of their past and come out stronger ? I felt like Camry was misunderstood and not believed when she should have been, especially when she was telling the truth. I kind of felt like Jacen let her down so will their love have that 2nd chance or will their love wither away due to the cost of addiction and the misunderstandings that abound in this story. I enjoyed the story, the angst and the real life drama that made this story pulse and kept me reading. I would have liked to see more resolution between Camry and her brother, and would have liked to know more of how things ended up between Camry and Jacen but overall, great read!

    Jacen has had a hard few years. Lost his mom and his career now he is stripping for a living. His best friend sister came to him for help to find her friend that was in Vegas. Camry use to do drugs and was a prostitute. She had gotten her life together with the help of her brother. She had always had a crush on Jacen ever since she could remember. They finally found Daytin they got her to go back to LA to get clean. In the mean time Jacen's club is opening a new club in LA and he has been chosen to be the head liner. He gets in touch with Kaleb when he gets to town and they plan to have dinner. Kaleb invites Camry too. She wasn't expecting Jacen to be there and it was a little awkward. Since while she was in Vegas her and Jacen had a one night stand or at least that's what they thought it was. Jacen just knew that Kaleb would kill him if he found out him and Camry were sleeping together.
    Her friend Daytin was in rehab where Camry worked. Jacen and Camry had time to get to know one another better. Not to long after Daytin checked in she broke out of rehab and Camry went looking for her. Daytin shows up at club and try to get money for sex from Jacen. He takes her back to his place and call Camry.
    Camry and Jacen spend the evening together while Daytin sleeps. In the middle of the night there is a knock on the door. The police came for Camry cause the clinic she worked at got broken into and her prints were all over the room where the drugs were. They take her to jail and Janen is beside his self. He calls Kaleb and he didn't seem to concerned. He told him that she was an addict and she would never change. Kaleb agreed to meet Jacen and while they were talking Kaleb told him that he had a tracker on Camry phone. Jacen took Camry's phone to the police and showed them the app and that she couldn't have broken into the clinic. They cleared Camry of all the charges and let her go. In the mean time Daytin stole all the money Jacen had left at his place and split.
    To learn the ending you really need to read this one. Really enjoyed it.

    Having read the two other books in this series I was eager to read this one ,and I’ve got to say that although it started off quite slow it soon turned into an excellent love story . Camry is a recovering drug abuser who used to use her body to get money to fund her habit and after doing some horrible things to her brother Kaleb & her sister in law Piety agrees to enter rehab in L A . After receiving a cry for help from her one time friend Daytin ,who unfortunately is still living the lifestyle that Camry left behind in Las Vegas, Camry goes on a mission to Las Vegas to try and help her friend with the intention of bringing her back to LA for treatment . Whilst in Las Vegas she bumps into a childhood family friend Jacen who’s a stripper and as there is a strong attraction between them the inevitable happens but it’s only supposed to be a one night stand as she doesn’t intend on staying in Las Vegas longer than neccasary . After finding her freind they head home and Daytin checks into rehab in LA but unfortunately she does not handle the side effects of the drug withdrawals very well . On the other hand Camry & Jacen get reacquainted again when Jacen has to come to LA the rest of the story is one big emotional roller coaster of a ride with a very good ending .
