    Although there was a lot of sexy stuff in the book & bondage it was a love story. They fell in love fast & didn’t realize how close they were until several things went wrong. This is the 6th book by this author I have read & it was the best of the stories. She really has a way of showing all the pluses of a relationship with a very honest portrayal of the minuses. This was an excellent book. Highly recommend!!!

    I enjoyed this for the most part. This is actually my second time reading it and I will probably read it again down the road. There isn’t much repetition there is good character development. The plot is great. The reason for rating though was because a couple super small inconsistencies (I can’t say what they are because it would give away the ending) and there a couple scenes where the characters would mention something that was already mentioned but acted like it was their first time hearing it. Additionally, as much I love steamy scenes, this was a bit much….they were constantly having sex and it got boring to the point that I started skimming them. Though, I would rather too much than not enough! Anyways, I definitely recommend.

    Such an incredibly erotic book! I have read quite a few of MS Parker's books, but this one is insane with the amount of erotica in the book.
    One of the reasons I love these books is that they have amazing storylines. This one does not let me down. Multiple storylines that interweave into each other.
    The story focuses on 2 characters, James Maximus and Tina ? . James known as Maximus to everyone is arrogant, collects women. Basically he beds themselves and sends them on their way. Sometimes he sees them for a couple times. He doesn't date. He meets Tina and chases her until he can see her, something he has never done. Also he is very much into BDSM. He is a Dom. But he has never found the perfect sub.
    Until he met Tina. Totally independent except in the bedroom.
    I don't want to give too much away.
    I highly recommend this book if you are interested.

    Ms Parker does know how to write! I loved the two MCs. I loved their relationship, and how it played out over the course of the book. They had conflicts and problems -- exactly as you would expect two people to have. Especially as one of them had never been in a relationship before. They faced (well, eventually) their problems and talked about them (again, eventually) instead of running. I get so tired of reading romances where the woman runs (usually multiple times in the story), and the man chases.
    This is a sexy, romantic book. another thing Ms Parker knows how to write about. About 3/4 of the way through the story lines skirted very close to becoming "50 Shades"-like, but in the end it avoided doing that. Her books always seem to focus on a different aspect of BDSM, D/s. I enjoyed the book!

Somehow despite it's length you want to know more ---like how did the rest of the hotel turn out; what did the rest of his family think of Tina; and his families reaction to the change in James at the end. Finally, while I enjoyed this book immensely I would have relished some descriptions of their future together.
