    Buckle up for the ride of your life with this next installment of my favorite Mafia Family,
    the Romanovs. Ms. Henry’s skill at churning out book after book is impressive. She
    continues to outdo herself with each new book in this series. This is Lev and Isabella’s
    story. It was a gritty hot as hell forage into a complicated relationship. Keep a fire
    extinguisher close by to put out the flames created by words that are used to paint a
    vivid image of the searing connection between two strong-minded characters. Neither
    of them was willing to give an inch until, in time, they learned to trust each other.

    In her efforts to upstage and right the wrongs of her brother, Isabella forfeited her
    freedom with her dangerous stunts to get close to the Romano Family. She gambled
    on her safety and lost. Isabella proved that good things came in small packages. She
    loved playing with fire and was no shrinking Violet. Isabella was an adrenaline junkie,
    although she did have a vulnerable streak at times. I loved her quirky humor, quick
    retorts, and how she got a kick from pushing Lev’s buttons.

    It was Lev’s turn to do his duty as his brothers had done before him and marry to
    strengthen and protect the family from the latest threat by the LSD Cartel. Lev had his
    hands full with Isabella. He loved her defiance and spirit, but she was slippery, and he
    could not keep her in one place. She was a real Houdini. Lev was a man of many layers.
    He was dark and menacing in the best possible way. He emanated raw, potent masculinity
    and power. He was also protective, and his knowledge of his enemies gave him the edge
    he needed to keep Isabella safe. Lev didn't always make wise decisions, and I'm sure
    Isabella felt like slapping him at times.

    My only criticism is that I expected fireworks when Isabella confronted her brother; instead,
    it was underwhelming and an anticlimax. Lev and Isabella were strong-willed characters rich
    in complexity and spirit. I loved the cat-and-mouse game they played. Isabella loved to run,
    and Lev loved to chase. The Romanov Family was fully integrated into the storyline. Without
    them, the book wouldn't be complete. This book was another tantalizing tease for the senses
    by this talented author.

    This was a quick read for me. It was exciting and intriguing. Well written and easy to follow. I’m always blown away by how Jane Henry is able to make a dark romance feel light.

    I really liked both Lev and Isabella. They were equally hesitant to trust and were thrust into a marriage they both reluctantly wanted. I loved the way the mystery of Isabella was revealed. She had a hard life in a world where women were viewed as inferior and still managed to become an independent woman who had the skills to take care of herself.

    Lev was a great partner for Isabella. As the youngest Romanov brother he felt the pressure to prove he was just as good as his brothers. He was smart and strong and I loved what he brought to their relationship. Isabella was never going to cower to him and that gave them a great dynamic.

    I really enjoyed this book. It was spicy and entertaining. I liked how the romance and suspense were mixed.

    This story was a hottie right from the beginning, starts off with a little scrap of a women dress has man trying to fine Intel from the enemy to use to take down her brother ,who she hates.But she is caught in the act of spying by Lev ,who are oil and vinegar together, they don't mix.She tries to escape but he always captures her again and again. So now Lev comes up with a different plan and Isabella is not a happy camper.This story is full of intense, starts out has both being enemies and then fighting for the same side.They both have a lot of trust issues, both both play down right dirty but they aren't afraid to fall in love and fight for the underdog and make the world right!Fast pace and can't wait for the next story!

    Jane Henry has added another book to the wicked vow series.
    This is Lev and Isabella’s story.
    It was a little choppy to me. I enjoyed seeing glimpses of the other family members, but I couldn’t warm up to Isabella and her macho woman attitude.
    It may have been an off day for me, but it took me a long time to get through this book because it didn’t hold my interest.
    Hope next addition to series will pick up the pace.

    There's just something about Jane Henry's writing that has me hooked from the very beginning, and this was no different. I can't with these Romanov men! They don't play when it comes to their wives they'd protect them and take care of them at any cost, and I just can't get enough! This was such an awesome read. I LOVED everything about Isabella! Her sarcasm, her determination, her fearlessness. EVERYTHING! She was a total boss, and she knew it.

    I loved Lev and Isabella together. They had this intensity that grew every time they were together. They really did match eachothers energy throughout the entire book. With tensions high around them, they had to try and find a way to trust each other even when it seemed like everything was falling apart.
