Sundari Venkatraman is an Indie Author who has 68 books to her credit. These books have consistently featured in the Top 100 Bestseller Lists on Amazon India, Amazon USA, Amazon UK, Amazon Canada and Amazon Australia in both romance as well as Asian Drama categories. Her latest hot romances have all been on #1 Bestseller slot in Amazon India for over a month.

These days, the author is independently publishing her novels in paperback format under her banner Flaming Sun, printed and distributed by Notion Press.

Even as a child, Sundari absolutely loved the ‘lived happily ever after’ syndrome and she grew up on a steady diet of fairy tales, Phantom comics and Mandrake comics. It was always about good triumphing over evil and a happy ending after the protagonists surmounted all unexpected obstacles.

Once she entered her teens, Sundari switched her loyalties from fairy tales to Mills & Boon. While she loved reading both of these, she kept visualising what would have happened if there were similar situations happening in India; to local heroes and heroines. And of course, the joy of vanquishing the ubiquitous evil villains! Her imagination soared and she happily ensconced herself in a rosy romantic cocoon for many years.

Then came the writing—a true bolt from the blue! And Sundari Venkatraman has never looked back.

Sundari Venkatraman keeps on publishing first class books and although there are so many of them, they are always with a new theme and they keep me hooked from word go. There is always a HEA but I sure suffer all the way until the baddies get their comeuppance. And this time I really cheered with the downfall of pompous Ankit. You must read this book of a new series with the added bonus of the song links ( a great idea for non Indian readers like myself). Another superb story

5.0 out of 5 stars Another beautiful story - this time on a reality show

What I like about the author is that her stories are well researched and different... you can actually see the scenes playing before you when reading the book

Sing for me takes us into the world of singing competitions on screen... it was interesting to know what goes on behind the scenes in reality shows ( not all shows may face this but we all know some definitely do )

This story is of Mili, the shy contestant from Chandigarh, who faces the limelight, gets a proposal on the show and goes on to marry her co-contestant Ankit. Her budding romance with Vivaan forgotten, her life takes a complete different turn, which she neither liked nor hoped for...

How long does she continue with this loveless marriage and how she finds a way out, read on to know more

The book is fast paced, which makes it an easy read, the story unfolding in a simple way. The fact that communication is the key to a good/ successful relationship is beautifully highlighted here when Vivaan and Mili fail to express their feelings towards each other. How they come together and find their happily ever after is sweet

Once again, Sundari Venkatraman gives us a glimpse of a different world (of singing reality shows), conveying a lovely message about life and relationships

    A melodious read.

Mili is a talented singer from Chandigarh who came to Mumbai to participate in a singing contest. Vivaan is the owner of the company that is conducting the singing contest. They met and the attraction between them worked like a magnet. But he kept himself at distance to avoid the paparazzi and any rubbish misunderstanding about both of them, only to be left alone because Ankit, a spoiled brat of a rich father proposed to Mili at the finale and the greedy mother of Mili forced her to accept the proposal.

But finally, Mili is out of an abusive marriage and back to Vivaan. But will things be sorted between both of them??

61 at 61 is a brilliant achievement and reading each book by the author gave me a moment of pride as well.

Sundari ma'am has a very special way of putting stories into fictional reality. The emotions, connections, attraction, and every other emotion feel so relatable and adorable.
One more great story from the author 👍

It’s a must read from Sundari Venkatraman. I personally like the character of Vivaan and his nature of giving respect to choices of others.
