E.M. Shue is an Alaskan award-winning romance author. She writes in many different sub-genres but always features badass heroines in gritty situations. As the mother to three grown daughters and two granddaughters she wants readers to be able to see that tough girls can have happy endings too. She is married to the love of her life of over twenty-five years who she married within months of starting to date, instalove is real.

    When karma comes knocking for past events Blythe finds herself in trouble again. This time though Hemingway is there to help her.
    This couple should have been together in the past but things happen. They are getting a second chance at life together. I love these two. Blythe, is now a stronger woman and full of surprises. Hemingway, is the strong broody type with a love for her.
    Thanks for another awesome book for the mayhem makers series. I can't wait to see what comes next.

    This is my first time reading EM Shue's work. I loved this deeply emotional romance story about Hemingway and Blythe. They have been sweethearts through high school until a vicious attack sends Blythe running away. This story takes place after they are reunited and have a lot to get through to find each other again. This story contains spice and angst. There are threats against her that they have to deal with. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to you.

    The perfect second chance romance! A must read page turner! Blythe has been put through the wringer-wait til you find out what happened to her. She’s gone away for nine years. Hemingway (Reed) would never forget her or move on. It isn’t til their godson needs them that are they brought back together again. It seems Reed is bound and determined to find out what happened to Blythe. He’s still so protective of her and seems to want her back. Blythe, on the other hand, knows she’s still in danger. She doesn’t want to put any one she cares about in danger. I do have to say she is one tough cookie. Their chemistry starts to heat up, but is that enough to bring them back together? This book has danger, suspense and trying to take down the bad guys once and for all! In the end will Reed and Blythe end up together and have that second chance? Wait til you find out!

    This entire book had me waiting for the next page. I was “turning” pages as fast as I could read them because I was so invested and intrigued. And that ending….😲 let’s just say I was expecting something but not that haha… absolutely loved it and can’t wait to read more about all of these characters!

    I've been a fan of EM Shue's stories for quite a while and I am so thankful she decided to venture into MC! EM started with Devil's Handmaidens MC-Alaska (all female) but she's bringing the heat with the boys in her Shiver of Choas MC! Hemingway's Creed is the 2nd book in the series and I can't get enough of these stories!

    This is the second book in this series and it did not disappoint. I loved the storyline, plus the words flowed nicely from one page to the next. Some tropes I liked in this was the second chance romance, then the action adventure, and then redemption. This definitely hits the marker for an incredible story.

The things Blythe went through and all the sacrifices she made will definitely pull at your heartstrings. If I could give this book more than five stars I would in a heartbeat. Amazing second chance romance that has an amazing HEA ending.
