Arian lives in the nostalgic rainy city of Seattle in the Pacific Northwest of the US with their loving partner, five adorable stuffed penguins, all with their own proper names, and one imaginary Maine Coon cat.

They began writing romance novels in high school primarily to entertain their romance reading buddies, but it soon became their hobby and passion. They've just never been confident enough until later in their life to put themself out there.

They love to live in their own head and vicariously experience the lives of their characters. How else would they be able to live half a dozen lives at once?

They're grateful for their caring partner who’s been nothing but encouraging despite them spending hours inside their head.

In the third book in Sanang Series, this story picks up where the last book ended. You really need to read the beginning books to fully understand what is going on. It is well wroth your time.

Jee and Jav find they are soulmates but Jee’s connection to Bin pulls him in with them and, now, all three are together. What a trio they make! Bin’s connection comes from Jee and Jee seems to be the focal point for their activities. Jav completely accepts him and they seem to mix well as time goes on. Bin’s thoughts made for a unique perspective as he tries to figure out why he feels what he does. The underlying story of fighting dark creatures continues with a twist. They have a lead to finding their target. This series is so enjoyable. It is unique with the Korean K-pop band aspect and the Korean food. Each book focuses on different love interest and the first two couples are still around.

Suppose to be a MMM romance, but the relationship seems unbalanced, because it is either Jee/Jav or Jee/Bin, and not them all connected, it just seemed forced and unnecessary. The continued battle with Imugi is the most interesting part of the book.

In this story, we get to follow as Jee, Jav, and Bin work together on not only their relationships but with the on-going battle against evil. I really enjoyed how each of them brought something that the others needed and together become whole. Really enjoying this series.

This book was good, probably my favorite of the series so far. It was a little confusing at first, partly because it’s been a while since I read any of the other books set in this AU. I liked the relationship between Jav, Jee and Bin, kind of like a triad but not. More like a V actually with Jee in the middle. What’s clear us that they love each other and that was beautiful to read about. Recommended!

Another fascinating installment to the 𝘚𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘨 series, 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘴 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 is a sweetly uplifting story inside a dark and dangerous long-term situation.

I am loving this series. Jav, Jee, and Bin have an unusual triad. Their relationship is a little strained at first, but I like seeing them work towards making it work for all of them. The series is an exciting read, and I look forward to seeing where the overall story goes.
I was given an advanced copy. This review is freely and honestly given.

4/5 for the action/continuing battle against Imugi
    3/5 for the romance

‘Souls Whispering’ is book 3 of a really great series. Like book 2, this is NOT meant to be read as a standalone as the book immediately begins in Bin’s POV of events that happen in book 2.

The battle against Imugi continues as is just as intriguing as it has been in the previous books, a villain quite unlike any other I have read. The action is so good and I can’t wait to see how it all plays out.

In terms of the romance, this book is different to books 1 and 2 in that it is MMM. It is something I have usually enjoyed reading but there’s something that felt a little off for me. Jee and Jav are fated mates. Bin is Jee’s childhood best friend who Jee has been in love with for the past few years and has never disclosed his feelings. The relationship seems unbalanced as it very much is heavily Jee/Jav or Jee/Bin.

As someone who grew up hopefully romantic and wanting to find his fated mate so much, Jav ends up having to just accept sharing him with another. I love reading stories about fated mates as I think it’s such a romantic notion to think there is someone out there who was made for you, they complement you and will always support you and you never have to question their feelings or motives. If Bin was part of the fated mating, I would happily have accepted it. However, Bin getting pulled in between these fated lovers (even though he and Jee had never been intimate prior to meeting Jav) left me feeling a little hollow. Even by the end Jav and Bin don’t have much of their own relationship (or even a good friendship) built outside of them sharing Jee which I feels cheapens what Jee and Jav could have had together. I really hope book 4 delivers as we see Hwa and his fated mate sort things out between them. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

I love the premise for this series (and at this point, a gentle hint/reminder that this *is* part of a series, one with an overarching premise and a throughgoing plot line, so if you haven’t read the previous books, it’s a good idea to start there!)

I applaud the author’s creativity in blending K-pop, fated love, elemental powers, and more into one heck of an engaging storyline. It’s definitely easy to be drawn into the world they’ve built and to want to see what happens next. I have also found that world to be full of engaging characters, and in this book Jee, Jav, and Bin definitely fit that description, although I sometimes appreciated them as individuals more than I did as romantic partners.

The way soulmates work here is powerful and not at all subtle or gradual: the connections that emerge here are strong, clear, and lightning-fast. There’s something both satisfying and a little dizzying about that, but it works, I think, within the larger context of adventure and intrigue and strong emotions and high stakes that the story offers. On the MMM element here: this is not a careful, equal balance of affections. For both Jav and Bin, the focus is definitely on Jee, and there’s something in that fact that made me feel a little sad for both of them and what they might have been, but don’t seem to be, to each other. Overall, however, while the romance wasn’t my favorite part of the story, I did find the book overall, with it’s premise, world-building, and narrative, to be an enjoyable read.
*I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars lots of characters and lots of story

Arian Williams has done a good job plotting out this series of books but it is getting a bit more difficult to keep everyone and everything straight. The members of Sanang now have boyfriends,“bodyguards”, a manager with more arriving in the tale all the time. This book was supposed to be Jee, Jav and Bin but because of the way their dynamic was written I found it less satisfying than the other two books. The overall stories continue but this volume felt like it got a bit bogged down in the middle especially when concentrating on the triad relationship and the should they/shouldn’t they aspect. Williams’ has included a helpful list of meanings in the back of the book and it would be even more helpful if it was synced so that when you tapped on a word it would link up.
