Seven is hot as hell, possessive, and dangerous—his perfect match. Except Seven is not into long-term commitments. So, when the man is still in his bed one morning, Hunter thought they’d have a couple of perfect days together. Hunter wants to share about his past. Then again, maybe he shouldn’t say a word since his secrets could get both of them killed.
When Hunter’s past rears its ugly head, he is out of time.
Seven -
Hunter is sexy, lethal, and irresistible. Seven can’t decide which trait is more appealing. There’s something else, though—something dangerous simmers beneath Hunter’s surface that intrigued him and has brought him back for more. Seven can’t stay… he won’t commit until he finds his sister’s killer. He needs to take care of that before he can make promises. Best-laid plans don’t always work out and staking his claim can’t wait when assassins come gunning for Hunter. Seven will need to pull out every trick from his arsenal to stop them.
Because nobody is going to take Hunter from him.
-Shadows emerge from the darkness and hitmen suddenly have faces, and Seven is thrust into a world he knows nothing about. What the hell is going on...

- Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2023Hunter had previously worked with a special operations that were assassins and answered to the SecDef and POTUS. But when there was a shakeup in Erebus, Hunter was called in to solve the issue and catch the traitor or traitors. Seven always has his back and even when they are not together Seven knows where to find him. But just like Seven had his back Hunter had Seven back as well. Seven was trying to find the person who killed his little sister and it was taken it’s toll on him. But when a friend of Hunter showed up out of the blue, Seven didn’t trust him and when they were shot at and being chased, Seven had to find a way to help protect Hunter. Reese books are awesome and the stories just keep your interest and you can’t wait to see how the story play off. I also hate for the story to end. The stories offer so much and the characters seem so real and that makes a difference. Looking forward to the next one, can’t wait!

- Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2023I couldn’t wait to dive into Seven’s story only to find out that Seven wasn’t the most mysterious main character. In Stealth, we unearth Hunter’s past which is filled with more secrets than anyone could have guessed. Both men are secretive, possessive, and lethal which is a pretty irresistible combination. The story opens with both men in an unspoken relationship with each other, committed but not formally and Hunter’s team doesn’t know the depth of their connection. Seven refuses to be a part of the Phoenix team, but is always looking out for them. I loved how the past is what finally forced the men to face the fact that they loved each other and I adored both their protective instincts and care for the other.
Hunter always knew Seven was irresistible, but he unfortunately wasn’t into commitment. With secrets lurking in his past, ones his team doesn't’ even know about, he know he would have to share them eventually. When his past comes calling, he finds his moment to share is here even if he isn’t ready. Seven is equally drawn to the dangerous edge Hunter carries and finds he can’t stay away even if he wanted to. But he can’t commit until he finds his sister’s killer. When danger finds Hunter, Seven will do anything to help keep him safe, even going to Hunter’s team for help.
I loved how this story rode the edge of danger from start to finish. It kept me guessing and I always assumed Seven was the one with secrets, but Hunter was by far the more mysterious of the two. Seven did anything to keep Hunter safe and I loved that Hunter let him. They worked as a team even when they were apart. Like the other books in this series, it’s a sweet and steamy love story with an action packed plot and bad guys around every turn where the characters fall for each other hard. These stories are quite irresistible. In audio, the solo narration by Declan Winters was spectacular and once again, you can easily forget he’s voicing all the characters with the subtle nuances he gives each character. I highly recommend this series in audio.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2023Finally, Hunter and Seven's book is here. These two have been through quite a bit with Hunter proving what Seven meant to him and the lengths he would go for Seven in the last book already. The two have been hooking up for a while (my only disappointment in that is missing their first time together) Seven believes he can't commit to a relationship until he finds the person responsible for killing his sister but then Hunter is in trouble and he knows he has to help his man. There are alot of secondary characters from the same and other series by this author and while you could still read this book it is best if you've read the others if for nothing else but the enjoyment of the author's books of action, twisting plots, steamy times and HEA love story. Bring on the next!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2024Loved Seven and Hunter! These two had a lot in their past and present that had to be dealt with. I enjoyed watching these two find their way. Looking forward to Link and Eagle!
- Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2023Yes! The boys are back in town! I love it here. All of the men are vivid and alive. I feel like I know them as old friends. There is a new group detailed, and new enemies to vanquish. Get ready for wall to wall action and some of the hottest sex around. There are hints at sexual abuse, but nothing in print. Don't worry, the bad guys get what they deserve. Come, join Hunter and Seven and the rest of the boys for a wild ride. I know you will enjoy this book as much as I did. Do yourself a favor. Read the previous books in this world. You will be glad you did.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hunter and Seven
The two are attracted to each other since their first encounter months ago. Hunter would like something more with Seven but Seven is living in the shadows, trying to find his sister's murderer.
Suddenly Hunter's past is showing up and dragging him into danger. Seven is doing everything he can to protect him and maybe wanting more with Hunter.
Two hot as sin deadly men finding their path.
Enjoy this new book of the Operation Justice Force Series by Reese Knightley and follow Seven and Hunter into their adventure!

5.0 out of 5 stars great
A fast Paced book which really isn’t as Seven & Hunter are in other books of this series which lead up to their story in this book.
Definitely worth reading this series if you love action & romance.

4.0 out of 5 stars 4.6
Yep, once again, so many characters to follow in the first few chapters, as happened in Book 4. I just huffed, grabbed a piece of paper and started listing them in order as I went along. Introducing men from three different special teams with little context seems to be this writer’s forte.
Seven and Hunter are interesting characters in Book 5, with very different family backgrounds, challenges and jobs. The issue of treason is the main focus, causing mistrust, stress and anxiety among the teams. Figuring out how to work together and find the enemy inside their ranks is the priority, and Seven and Hunter learn that they do have a love worth preserving and strengthening.
