Pretty good but a little long
I actually bought this on a whim after downloading the sample then ending up buying the whole digital copy of Swinging Strike. I liked there’s a good amount of diversity with Cara being a curvy, fiesty Italian-American newly transferred college student who isn’t afraid to speak her mind but along with the way couldn’t resist Braxton while he pursued her relentlessly. Like most enemies to lovers romances, theirs was no different with lots of angst, twists and turns to pull readers like me into their world. Even though it two nights to finish reading Swinging Strike, it was pretty good but a little long.
