    Good Lord Amo Jones dropped the mic and no one saw THAT coming. What can I say about an Amo Jones book that hasn't been said already? Tacit a Mortuis was EPIC and straight out phenomenal. Similar to The Silver Swan and The Broken Puppet it followed the same path and was nothing short of magnificent and mindblowingly shocking. This story was dark, sexy and filled to the brim with angst, mystery, sensuality and secrets. Because in typical fashion, this author answered all of my questions but then left me begging for more. 

    Tacit a Mortuis begins immediately after The Broken Puppet and we are immediately brought back into Madison Montgomery's life and see the consequences and aftermath of the revelations at the end of book two. Without giving away ANY spoilers, Madison is now forced to deal with the secrets that were revealed to her which she now has to reconcile with what she thought to be true. Her main question: Is Bishop Hayes her biggest protector or is their relationshop another facade she has to break through in order to get to the truth? 

    GAHHH this book was AMAZING!!!!! What I loved about this story is the fact that the author proved that she definitely doesn't pull her punches and delivered a one two combo that left us flailing. This author's writing style is not only versatile but almost beautifully poetic. The conclusion to this story was outstanding and Madison and Bishop were pure Kindle Crack. Their chemistry was FIRE and their sexytimes were nothing short of electrifying. And that ending was crazy - Good Lord!! This story was filled to the brim with a strong heroine, HOT AF alpha males, a mystery that will rock your world and an epic storyline that took ALL the names. All the secrets, lies and skeletons in the closet we could ever imagine came out and left me wanting more. This is one of my favorite trilogies of all time! Bravo! 5 stars! ~Ratula

    This story was FILLED with information, so I will try to do my best as to my opinion and review of it. Here goes:

    I enjoyed this story and thought it was good, filled with movement and action. There was not one pause during this story to let it all sink in. I need that at times when there is so much to learn. I felt a bit overwhelmed at the end and needed time to resonate with everything.

    Some of my questions were anwsered, but some weren't. I get that this is a long series of books, but this read as a slice/chapter of a longer story (rather then a standalone within a series); definitely not a stand alone. This story felt less dark and gritty from the first two and I did not connect to the feeling and emotions this story invoked as much as the previous stories. I do love the dynamics between all of the Kings and Madison (that bonus scene was HOT).

    I wanted more from Madison and Bishop's relationship, I felt a bit let down and I can't explain why. Every time I think I can explain why, it doesn't feel right. I did not feel like this was the end of these two, it felt unfinished to me. Not as a story line on a larger scale, just between the two of them. They were still fighting and then everything was okay... See having trouble finding the right words to explain. I guess, things just wrapped up to quick and neat for my taste.

    I do feel that this was a great addition to the series, but I think to fully enjoy it I needed to re-read Silver Swan and Broken Puppet before this one. There were small things that I forgot or missed because it had been some time since the last story. Oh... and on a smaller note, there were a few editing errors: words were left out, missing quotation marks, and the order of words.

    I look forward to the next installment in this series, hopefully that will be Nick and Tillie's story! This author is amazing and this was an enjoyable "chapter" in a larger story. Can't wait to see how this entire story plays out!

    Wow. I'm honestly not sure I'm ever going to get used to Amo Jones' writing. I can't ever tell where she's going to take the story even if I have that forboding feeling that something bad is coming, I'm just not sure what it will be. I love that. I love that I can never tell what the heck is going to happen. That's all a part of the fun.

    "I now understood the name “Silver Swan.” I was built to handle any and everything life threw at me. As graceful as a floating swan, but as deadly as a silver bullet.

    One of my favorite things about this series and Amo's writing is that she doesn't hold anything back. These stories are dark and gritty and not for the faint of heart. Which I'm not, so they're perfect for me. 😉

    This book is technically the end to Madison and Bishops story, Technically because we now have Nate and Tillie's in "Malum", and I can say I sure didn't expect that ending and I am so happy we get more in this world and this isn't just the end.

    This book was one huge rollercoaster of emotions and wondering what was going to happen and how it was all going to be wrapped up. I absolutely love Bishop and Madison and this book is probably my favorite for their relationship. These two are a well orchestrated mess and I love it!

    I’ll always be here, Madison. Through the good times, but most importantly through the ugly times. I’m not going anywhere, and I can’t promise you that I’m not going to f*** this up somewhere along the way and piss you off epically, but I’ll always be loyal to you. There was no one before you and there sure as f*** won’t be anyone after you. I begin and end with you, baby.”

    The whole thing with the Kings is crazy and I am so excited to see where that all goes in the future books. If you are at all interested in these books I seriously encourage you to get them and join the rest of us in our pain and happiness. If you love dark and gritty, you won't regret it.

    What a ride this series is turning out to be! Honestly i swear it gets more exciting with each book!! I didn't know there were more to come but i'm seriously happy about it!!!

    We pick up where we left off with Madison having faced another blast from her past.

    I don't want to really go into details on the story. I don't want to spoil it at all.

    There are twists and turns at every step. Secrets kept and some now beginning to be shared. Finally Bishop is opening up but he has so many secrets i'm sure Madison will never find them all out.

    I loved every single second of this book. It kept me gripped and on the edge of my seat. At one point i was wondering if it was going to go the supernatural route!!! Honestly breathtaking. I was holding my breath so much i may now apply to the Guinness book of records to see if i can get the world record for it!!

    Bishop as usual got me hot and sweaty. He's so mean sometimes but honestly there's just something about that man!! Maybe it's the power i'm not really sure but shuuuggga!!! I so would!! He would be definitely worth anything he throws at you!!

    Madison is just... wow how she copes with all the stuff thrown at her is just...amazing!! She has a bit of a breakdown here and there but she's coming into her own with each book. She's certainly shaping up to be queen of the Kings Elite!! She has her besties shaping up too Tillie and Tate who have been drawn into the inner circle.

    I'm loving how as the story is unfolding we're getting more of the other characters too. Nate, Brantley, Jase, Hunter etc we're getting to know them too. Plus extra special bonus we're getting into the heads of the generations before these Kings!! Well not sure it's so good but definitely eye opening and intriguing.

    I was surprised to have a little tear in here too. Ok maybe it was a bit bigger than little. My heart broke a little towards the end.

    Yes there is a cliffie so to speak leading to Malum which is book 4!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh so excited!!!!!

    You definitely have to read this story in order. It is not a standalone and if you tried then i can guarantee you would be very confused lol!!

    I can't gush about this series enough. Unique and original it's absolutely captivated me from book 1!!

    I loved the series as much as I loved Bishop & Mads. Nate and Tillie's story is interesting but I'm more eager to learn about Brantley.
    Sometimes Madison annoyed me but in the end she was the ultimate boss biatch :-p Bishop & her were fire together. I'll always ship them.
    As much as I loved Nate in the first two books, in this one, he was getting on my nerves especially in the last few chapters. I don't know for sure whether I will like his book if he continued to be like that with Tillie.
    Overall, I loved the plot. It was intriguing and kept me invested. Amo Jones definitely is in my favorite author list now. The way she writes is just amazing. I really liked the first three boks in the series and I'm excited for Brantley's book too. This series is definitely recommend.

    I seriously love all the characters haha they were all written so well...

    This series is addicting! They have all ended and then start right where the previous leaves off and it has taken alot of willpower.. like all of it, to put these down when I've had to!

    So it’s 4 and a half hours later and I am FINISHED. If you haven’t read the others in this series, do it. There’s some specials going on so get them now. This book is not a standalone so if you thought oh stuff it I’m just gonna wing it. Don’t. You will be so clueless and loss, you’ll look like a chicken with no head on. Plus note this book is going to be a 13 book series! Say WHAT NOW! All the elite kings will be getting a book.

    This BOOK! bishop is the man! He rules this book. Getting inside his head was wicked, it was intense. This book was so incredibly written and thought out. The pace and the plot of this book was to perfection.

    Mads and bishop are relationship goals! Their connection, their chemistry were off the chain. They have the pull to one another that cant be unbreakable. We get to watch these two people on there crazy, twisted love story.

    The angst, learning more about who you are and what it means, the secrets, the lies, the reveals,the questions from previous books coming alight and being answered. By the end of this book you will be left with more questions which will be answered in the next book. The skeletons are coming out of their closets.

    Expect the unexpected with this book. This book delivers on the action, the suspense, seeking vengeance, violence, murder, death, mourning loss. The brotherhood was what I loved the most with how they have each other’s backs.

    We see the many sides to bishop, kill mode, vulnerable side and so much more. As much as I love bishop as his intense, growly and brooding self, it was nice to see his other sides as well.

    The intimate scenes was scorching, come on its bishop we are talking about.These two are anything but soft when it comes to it. They are rough, and they are dirty.

    We are introduced to some secondary characters from the other generations. This could be interesting. More books?

    This book has it all!

    Amo you couldn’t do no wrong with this book. You will have your moments with this book, you will have your anger, your heartbreak, emotions rising, frustration to the point your like what are you doing, where are you going with this. But I mean this in the best way possible.

    If I could rate this book more I would! Now after the ending of that book! I can’t wait for the next book in this series.
