    What a story about the next generation of kids. Getting mixed up with the mob, or I should say conned into helping out a female fighter, to train her, only putting yourself into their life. The mess that these people have, they are determined to get whom they want. Now Reagan and And her boyfriend are doing a fight for their own lives. Amazing story, loved the drama, excitement, suspense. So exciting.❤️

    Taking the Fight is an amazing read. This next generation is going to take you for one heck of a ride. I loved every moment of this one as Reagan and Braden are the next targets. Reagan is on the top of her game as a female fighter. She runs from her feelings when it comes to Braden, and it is so fun to watch that fight. Braden is a fighter, and he knows what he wants when it comes to Reagan. I love how protective he is of Reagan even knowing she can take care of herself. Both trained fighters are in for a fight for their love that you are going to fall hard for along with them. I could not get enough of Braden and Raegan. I'm so in love with this series and we are only book 2 in. I cannot wait to see were L.P Dover takes us next with the Gloves Off series and the danger that surrounds everyone.

    Oh my that’s hot!

    In the second book in the Gloves Off Next Generation series we get Braden and Reagan’s story. This book is intense. Power, winning, and so much loyalty it will catch your breath. The author writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shockingly intimate I have become a huge fan of this author. The author writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

    This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

    **I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**

    TAKING THE FIGHT is the second installment in the Gloves Off Next Generation series. I don't feel that this one can be read as a stand alone and should be read in the order that the author intended.

    I loved the premise of this one but I didn't quite feel the connection to Reagan and Braden that I wanted in order to connect to the story.

    Reagan is the featherweight belt holder and with promises of big things she's drawn to the underground fighting life. She thinks she's hiding what she's doing from her family and friends well everyone but Braden. They need to fight together to keep themselves safe and stop fighting the attraction between them. The steam was extra steamy with these two. But it still wasn't enough for me to fall in to this one. I really wanted to love it but I just didn't.
