New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Melissa Collins has always been a book worm. Studying Literature in college ensured that her nose was always stuck in a book.  She followed her passion for reading to the most logical career choice: English teacher.  Her hope was to share her passion for reading and the escapism of books to her students.     I read Tangled Vines in one sitting. If it were a full length novel, I would have stayed up all night. It's that good! I love Melissa's writing. Her stories are real, and her characters could be your best friends.

    I liked Owen right away. He's been through a lot but is a hard worker and a good son. Elle took a bit of warming up to. She was bitchy and although I understood her perspective, I didn't like that she was deliberately keeping things from Owen. Strangely, I didn't feel the same about Owen keeping his background hidden from Elle. I found his actions were reasonable. And I really liked how Owen was willing to go out and work the fields and learn that side of the business. It really shows what a well-rounded guy he is.

    And who wasn't daydreaming of watching him out in the fields shirtless? I know I was!

    The chemistry between Owen and Elle is super hot and sizzles right off the page.

    There's a whole lot of story packed into this novella, and I enjoyed every page of it!

    I love this novella! I would love to see it as a full length novel also. I am a huge fan of Melissa Collins and have read all of her work. I think Tangled Vines shows a new light to her art. I don't do spoilers so I can't tell you too much, but it is a great read. Sexy dude Owen and a vineyard? How can you go wrong? Oh yeah, there is Elle the other main character. She is pretty great too. If you have read any of Melissa work then you will want to read this as well. Her books keep getting better and better. If you haven't read any of Melissa work, what are you waiting for??? This author will blow your socks off! Now go read!
