About the authors
Glynn Owen Barrass lives in the North East of England and has been writing since late 2006. He has written over two hundred short stories, novellas, and role-playing game supplements, the majority of which have been published in France, Germany, Japan, Poland, Portugal, the UK, and the USA.
To date he has edited ten anthologies including Anno Klarkash-Ton, Atomic Age Cthulhu, The Children of Gla’aki, Eldritch Chrome, In the Court of the Yellow King, Murder Mystery Madness and Mythos, Steampunk Cthulhu, The Summer of Lovecraft, Through a Mythos Darkly, and World War Cthulhu.
He has received two Ennies awards for his gaming work.
Tim Mendees is a rather odd chap. He's a horror writer from Macclesfield in the North-West of England that specialises in cosmic horror and weird fiction. A lifelong fan of classic weird tales, Tim set out to bring the pulp horror of yesteryear into the 21st Century and give it a distinctly British flavour. His work has been described as the love-child of H.P. Lovecraft and P.G. Wodehouse and is often peppered with a wry sense of humour that acts as a counterpoint to the unnerving, and often disturbing, narratives.
Tim is the author of over one hundred published short stories and novelettes, seven novellas, and two short story collections. He has also curated and edited several cosmic horror-themed anthologies.
When he is not arguing with the spellchecker, Tim is a goth DJ with a weekly radio show on The Feelgood Station, and the co-presenter of the Innsmouth Book Club Podcast & Strange Shadows: The Clark Ashton Smith Podcast. He currently lives in Brighton & Hove with his pet crab, Gerald, and an ever-increasing army of stuffed octopods.

J. Edwin Buja has spent his life surrounded by books. He discovered early on that researching and writing hold the key to happiness. Who else would think scanning through decades of microfilm to index an old newspaper would be a dream job?
For more than forty years, he has been married to the most wonderful woman on the planet. Although he lives in a small village somewhere in Canada, his heart and second home reside with his horror family in New England.
His novels include The King of the Wood (2019) and The Consort (2022). His next novel, Enough Time, will be released in 2025. He has also had more than twenty short stories published. He is currently working on the final novel of The Wood series, and another novel based on concerts he attended in Detroit in the 1970s.
He also writes Young Adult novels under the name, John Buja. His latest release is Coverdale (2024).
Raffaele Pezzella (born in Italy, 1971) is a full time records and books editor, sound technician, musician. For many years he published records on Eighth Tower, a label devoted to dark and progressive ambient music, and in 2020 he launched the project to make Eighth Tower a records and books publishing house, with the intent to accompany every book with a cd compilation of music based on the same themes. To date the house has published two books: "The Black Stone. Stories For Lovecraftian Summonings" (featuring a story by Ramsey Campbell) and "The Beyond. Stories Inspired By The Lucio Fulci Death Trilogy". Pezzella is also know as curator of the weekly streaming radio program "Unexplained Sounds - The Recognition Test".
Nora B. Peevy is a cat trapped in a human’s body. Please send help or tuna. She toils away for JournalStone and Trepidatio Publishing as a submission reader, is a co-editor for Alien Sun Press, the newest reviewer for Hellnotes, and has been published by Eighth Tower Press, Weird Fiction Quarterly, Alien Sun Press, The Wicked Library Podcast, and other places. She has a Bachelor in English Degree with a Concentration in Creative Writing from Cardinal Stritch University. She is also a contributor for Getty Images. Usually, you can find her on Facebook asking for help escaping her human body or to get tuna. Tuna is nice. Cats like tuna. She also likes cat naps in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
