About the Author

Richard L. Haight is the three-time award-winning author of The Warrior's Meditation, Unshakable Awareness, and The Unbound Soul, and he is an advanced instructor of martial, meditation and healing arts. Richard began formal martial arts training at age 12 and moved to Japan at the age of 24 to advance his training with masters of the sword, staff, and aiki-jujutsu.

Haight lived and trained in Japan for 15 years while teaching middle-school English as a foreign language. There he married his wife Teruko, and received instructional licenses in four Samurai arts and one therapy art called Sotai-ho.

Through his flexible, highly practical teachings, Richard Haight is helping to ignite a worldwide movement for personal transformation that is free of all constraints and open to anyone of any level. Richard Haight now lives and teaches in southern Oregon, U.S.A.

Richard L. Haight is the founder of the Total Embodiment Method (TEM), which is an awareness training system designed to integrate meditation into one's daily life. Richard is the author of The Unbound Soul and The Warrior's Meditation and a master-level instructor of martial, meditation and healing arts.

Richard began formal martial arts training at age 12 and moved to Japan at the age of 24 to advance his training with masters of the sword, staff, and aiki-jujutsu.

During his 15 years in Japan, Richard was awarded masters licenses in fours samurai arts as well as a traditional healing art called sotai-ho. Richard is one of the world's foremost experts in the traditional Japanese martial arts.

Through his books, his meditation, and martial arts seminar, Richard Haight is helping to ignite a world-wide movement for personal transformation that is free of all constraints and open to anyone of any level. He now lives and teaches in southern Oregon, U.S.A.

Now is your opportunity to open up and feel the energy of clarity and awareness that this book has the power to provide. Once you see the principal it's on, you will never be the same. However, let me warn you, you may have to unload a lot of your currently held beliefs and opinions. If that scares you then maybe you're on the path or maybe not. Either way you are in for thrilling and intriguing adventure into your soul. Fair farring my friends.

    I have already read all the other books of Richard Haight. For someone who has been meditating and doing intensive practices for over 30 years, they all gave singular practices and insights that completely shifted my experience of consciousness and my self. So I wasn’t really expecting anything major from his new book.

    Surprise. Major one.

    I have read the deep metaphysics of the Upanishads; they are very eloquent on the nature of consciousness, the universe, god, and human perspectives. Then there are so many profound decoding views of the Old Testament, New Testament, and the Kabbalah, added to the aided interpretation of the very first line of the Quran, ‘there is nothing but…’. And how they all line up with physics and human neuroscience.

    And after all this ‘The Genesis Code’ will take you on an eagle flight and open your eyes to a whole wide angle perspective of where you are. Then it will hand you an electron microscope and let you turn it inwards, and give you another view of who you are. It will also lay down a whole set of shining tools you probably never used (because you either never saw them, or thought they weren’t all that powerful), even though you have 24x7 free access to them, and gives you the grand choice of deconstructing the complex (and often the conflicted world you occupy) and the suffering mind that rules you, even if you are successful, have a Fantastic network of friends and family and are an ace manifestor following the biggest and best. Or absolutely not. No judgment either way.

    If you are on any kind of awakening path, Richard’s ‘The Genesis Code’ will make your earth life meaningful in a very different way. And tremendously hone your navigation skills on a terrain that has infinite potential to get curiouser and curiouser in the Consciousness Wonderland.

    I recommend this book to everyone who is on an awakening path. As you read the book it reveals the true meaning of the words, hidden in the book of Genesis. It is like a fresh breath and if you are open you will receive the wisdom as you read along, a wisdom that you already know and it becomes clearer and brighter.
