Frank Z. Llobera is a poet, writer, and translator. He was longlisted for the 2021-22 John Dryden Translation Competition prize of the British Comparative Literature Association for his translation of Miquel Costa i Llobera’s “Ode to Horace.” He was recently a finalist in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 Poetry Contest in Olot, Catalonia. He translates between English and Catalan, as well as between English and Spanish, and writes prose and poetry. He published an annotated English translation of the work “The Pine of Formentor” by the poet Miquel Costa i Llobera, and is also the founder of @zetapoetry.
