Thanks to the videos and the recipes in the book, I can ACTUALLY cook tasty comfort food. I even made my first batch of cinnamon rolls at age 44. The best part about the recipes is how they all use very basic ingredients you probably already have or were going to buy at the store anyway. The dishes taste great as written but they are simple to experiment with by changing up the seasonings, veggies or fillings. Really hoping the second book is in the works.
