    Third Time Lucky by Aurora Crane is SO FUN!! Lake is one of the best golden retrievers ever written. He is so lovingly oblivious but really, it's not his fault. Grady just cannot help falling for Lake, even if he doesn't understand why things that normally annoy him in others he finds adorable in Lake. Grady is a champion grump and when he starts behaving a little less grumpy everyone takes notice 😳🤭

    I really enjoyed this story. It is 3rd person dual POV, which isn't always a favorite of mine. I really feel like the author does a great job giving us a lot of the emotions and thoughts of the characters that typically come with 1st POV. I laughed several times at the things Lake would say without even realizing the innuendos 🫣🤭 I also loved that Lake doesn't even know that he is demi sexual and the author doesn't come right out and have that aha moment where he has to go look it up and whatnot. Lake just realizes he is wants to be best friends with Grady and after that bond is formed he starts to see Grady in a different light. I loved the natural progression of it and Lake's acceptance of his feelings was perfect for the man that he is.

    Grady and Lake were perfect together. They started as friends, but soon became so much more. Lake was determined to show Grady that he was serious about their relationship. Grady’s heart had been broken twice before, so it took some convincing.

    All I can really say about this dang book is be warned if you start, you will not stop until it's done even when you've already been up way too long. It's that good. Grady and Lake are your perfect grumpy sunshine dynamic mixed in with biawkakening needy bottom perfection! They go from friends to so much more as Lake talks his way into all our hearts. The rambles are some of the best I've ever read. And once he realizes what they are, oh boy, does he not hold back at all in the best way possible. So be prepared to read from start to finish and enjoy every minute of this beautiful ride.

    I have now read the series in order, and I have a better understanding of Grady and Lake.
    I loved this story. Lake is a little lost in life but absolutly clear in his feelings for Grady. Grady has been burnt twice before so he`s reluctant to be part of someones Bi awakening.
    Can they reach a place where they understand each other.Will they find love?
    I love that all the side characters are gay and in various situations in their relationships.

    Aurora Crane is up there with my favourite MM/MMM/MMMM romance authors.
