Poems on life, the nature of friendship and the various aspects of love and grief. Verses reflecting on my faith and interacting with the forces that share our world. Fantastical pieces on the nature of the unknown, thoughts on mankind's destructive nature and our impact on this planet. For this large format edition, I’ve included all the illustrations from the various other editions, and added the proper version of the poem that concluded the first edition. - OpenDyslexic is an open sourced font created to increase readability for readers with dyslexia. The typeface includes regular, bold, italic, and bold-italic styles. Letters have heavy weighted bottoms to indicate direction, along with other features, like wider letter spacing and a unique italic style. Consistently weighted bottoms can also help reinforce the line of text. The unique shapes of each letter can help prevent confusion through flipping and swapping. Julian grew up in Sussex, UK. A broken home in his early teens took him off the ‘straight and narrow’, and he’s never gone back. In the subsequent four decades he’s worked at levels from loading bay to boardroom, and picked up a few stories along the way.

His first loves were science fantasy and magic; the blending of ancient and futuristic. He started writing at school, extended into writing role-playing game scenarios, and thence into bardic storytelling.

In 2011 he published his first books, and in 2012 he published more (along with releasing the smallest complete role-playing system in the world). Since then, he’s published over 30 new books, along with a dozen omnibus collections. He has no intention of stopping, and would be delighted if you'd care to join him for a tale or two.
