    I have loved pretty much all of this author's work, but this one is a real standout. It's just a novella, but you get a while lot of story with some steam mixed in there.
    Grace is young and a woman on her own. She works 3 jobs to keep all her plates in the air. Leo is a little older and a wealthy and smart businessman. Of course, they meet at one of her jobs. This is instalove, but instead of the usual trope of struggling girl and a rich guy who swoops in and fixes everything with fairy dust and cash, you get mutual respect! Leo would love to make it all better, but Grace stands her ground, and he makes real efforts to fit himself into her life and help in ways she can accept.
    I really love shorter instalove stories with an age gap. Haley Travis is top-notch for that in my book, but this one stands out because of how realistic the compromise between these two felt.
    This is a stand-alone, safe read, and I read this on KU but will purchase a copy because I liked it so much!

    Leo is seriously all the green flags!! As a rich older man he could swoop in and insist to take care of his new love Grace for the rest of her life. He sees that she’s different and will need time and a soft approach and he does exactly what she needs. Proving over and over that he truly sees her and would never want to change her. Leo is easy to fall head over heels for!! Read their story today and you will see what I mean! All the green flags wrapped up in a spicy story with a very happy ending!

    This book was charming and leo was amazing! Grace got on my nerves and to me was ungrateful the entire book until the epilogue. Leo fell first and wanted to help but she refused any kind of help. I'm all for independence and not having to change one self for someone but to be in a relationship both parties tend to have to compromise and grace just wasn't for that. Leo was one hell.of a man to deal with that.

    I would give it 2 peppers for spice and 3 stars for the book itself. Well written and enjoyed the book just not the MFC.

    Timeless Valentine is a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, opposites-attract, girl gets her wealthy hunk romance. Grace is a hardworking young lady with a heart of gold. She works three jobs to help take care of her mom. Leo is a wealthy engineering consultant who runs his own company. When he meets Grace at the florist shop where she works part time, he is immediately attracted to her. Grace finds him attractive, too, but can she make time for love? And can he fit into her world? The chemistry was so hot. Leo was such a gem and just wanted to take care of her. We also got a very happy ending. I absolutely loved it!!.

    Swoon. Leo was amazing! 😍😍 It was love at first sight for him at the flower shop. Grace was attracted as well, but she is a super busy girl. I loved how Leo finagled his way into her life and schedule. He was considerate and so sweet to her. Grace was sweet as well but she was raised to have a pretty negative outlook. Bad things might happen, but you have to take a chance. I was glad to see her learn that. Their ending was so sweet. And yes, their story also has plenty of steam. I loved it.

    Leo and Grace meet at one of Grace's three jobs. And that is one of the biggest issues they face in their romance story...time. It takes a lot of time to work three jobs. Grace is trying to provide for her mother and doesn't have time for romance, nor does she trust that it will stay around. Leo is very patient and works with Grace at her own pace, but he is determined that Grace is meant for him. Sweet, insta-love, age-gap romance with great characters.

    Grace works hard. So much so that she has 3 different jobs to help care for her mother. Leo is a hard worker as well but only has one job that affords him to lead a luxurious lifestyle. When Grace and Leo meet at one of Grace’s jobs, they both are attracted to each other.
    Grace is super busy with her jobs but Leo is patient and is willing to get any time with Grace that he can get. These two together are just beautiful. This author does an amazing job of bringing them together. The dual POV is an added plus!
    A great read overall!.

    Really liked Leo from the onset. He’s sweet and nurturing and figured out how to win Grace over. Grace got on my nerves a little. I understood her need to keep her head down and focus, but she was annoying. Her plate was full and while she didn’t want to change at all, Leo was the one who made all the compromises it seemed. I’m glad it all worked out for Leo since you can’t help who you love.
