My Thoughts....
What a read that will keep you on the edge of your seat as you are turning the pages to see what was coming next. This was a story about Anne and Adrian from Nigeria who had come together rather strangely [her illness] as he had saved her life and offered her marriage. Why did see consent to this? Wasn't Anne engaged to Ben? This was definitely not a marriage of love because these two didn't know each other. Still there was something that at caught Adrian's eye and he seemed to know she was the one for him. However, will this marriage last as there will be a whole lots of problems coming from Adrian's two friends. As a matter of fact there will be all kinds of drama and emotions as this story presents that will keep your eyes on certain characters that will leave one shaking your head and wondering what were they really thinking. The ending of this novel was rather abruptly done that really left me with several questions that I would love answered, so maybe that will be addressed in another series? After all said and done "...to the moon and back" was still a well written delightful read that I would recommend as a good read.

Wow!!! To The Moon And Back is one emotional and gripping read, with relatable character’s who take you on a very personal and emotional journey that will leave your heart pounding, emotions running high and praying for things to work out for Anne and her life…
The story itself… Follows Anne as she collapses outside and is helped Adrian who see her bleeding and insists she goes to his hospital. He does tests on her and makes a heartbreaking discovery that would change her life in ways she could never could have for-seen as she sit to write a letter to the man she loved to tell him all…. Will she survive her diagnosis or will her fight be in vain for a life she longs for? Read this heart-warming emotional and gripping book….
I thought Patricia did a great job a portraying how getting the worst kinda news and knowing that you don’t have the money yet to even begin to fight it…. I could feel Anne’s fear that her life could be over, that her marriage too. And there isn’t a thing she can do about it…. Even with time ticking away… I think a lot of the things mentions in this book is very real thought process that some women go through what Anne did.
I thought the ending was very surprising and left a few question in the air for another book with a lot of the interesting characters throughout.
If you like reading books with an emotional message and a journey of Anne as she faces some of the more emotional and hard times in her life. As well as follows lots of quirky and interesting characters along the way this books a must read. I couldn’t put this book down until I had read the end…

5.0 out of 5 stars Very touching
This story is set in Nigeria where traditions and culture still play a major part in family life. This story follows the life of Anne who has had more than her share of sadness. At 26 her father had died years ago and her mother more recently, leaving her owing borrowed money for her mother’s funereal still needing to be paid back to family and friends. Anne had worked every hour that she could, as a mid-wife at the hospital and thought that her feeling unwell was down to fatigue but it was much worse. Ben had asked Anne to marry him but she knew she couldn’t she left a note calling the wedding off and disappeared.
I really like reading stories from different cultures to my own and feel so much for the women who are still thought of more like a commodity than for who they are. It is difficult as I don’t want to say what the problem is in the story but it is quite shocking that criteria have to be met in a marriage with no compassion. Love seems to be way down on the list.
I really loved getting to know the characters in the story, especially Anne who had to overcome so many huge obstacles and prejudices in her life. There were some really unusual friendships formed, which at first I didn’t trust but there again Anne has a sparkle about her that when anyone really lets themselves get to know her realise they have a loyal friend.
I loved how the story developed and got my wish that I wanted to happen. An eye opener of a story which I got really carried away with and enjoyed.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of Patricia's Best yet!!!!!!
This is another excellent piece from the author Patricia Asedegbega Nieto. A story of love, survival and deeper beauty than meets the eye. The author is able to bring to life the suffering of her major character and her resilience to do the right thing and keep her vows. In today's world where anything goes. Patricia was able to piece together a story of moral integrity, spiritual tenacity and strength. All in all, a great read for a great cause.
I read the whole book at a go. Could not put it down till the very end.
