I so enjoyed reading Trifold Mirror! The writing was not only intriguing and powerful, but also incredibly relatable. It paints an honest and genuine picture of what the Christian life looks like. I love that each poem is connected to specific scripture that is listed on each page. This poetry piece helps to normalize feelings and struggles that all Christians share while reinforcing how the gospel should frame and influence those struggles. Some of my favorites poems are: Delay, Entitlement, Victory, Womanhood, Doctrines, and Will. Definitely a read that is enjoyable and challenging! Highly recommend!

This book is such a wonderful book. From how it was written to the being released, you can tell that the poem was crafted as from experience. When you are reading it becomes a reality check and you begin to look within yourself. My three favorite were “Delayed” “Born to War” & “Untrained Solider” I leave with this quote from Untrained Solider, “To hand me a flaming sword for battle, knowing I slept through my war training classes.” Dr.ChiChi may you continue to grow in wisdom, knowledge and understanding, IJN.

Trifold Mirror really spoke to me on a deep level. There was one poem I read, and it felt like the author had somehow captured my exact thoughts and feelings. It was like they opened up my heart and wrote down what I couldn’t put into words. I also love how each poem is paired with a Bible verse, making the message even more meaningful. Some poems felt like looking into a mirror and seeing parts of myself I hadn’t fully processed yet.

Trifold Mirror is a beautifully written collection of poems that speak to your soul. I guarantee you're bound to find one that just makes it seem like the author was a fly on the wall of your thoughts!
You'll certainly have your "hmm" and "whoa" moments, but at times, it's a slapping silence in your soul because you just got scolded by a book!😭...but you can't help yourself...you just keep flipping the pages, wanting more and more.
I thought the "hood" pages were brilliant and so real. The book was obviously well thought out, and the illustrations and scripture references are like the icing on the cake that you didn't know you needed but would be incomplete without.
If you've ever desired to truly understand some of the ways Christianity intersects with daily life, I encourage you to get this book and sit with it. You won't be disappointed!

This book is indeed a blessing . A Gospel filled book loaded with impactful and relevant messages . I felt like I needed to reread and reflect on some poems. There is a poem on motherhood and parenthood. Women go through a lot. Parenting is not easy. I applaud the author for this HolySpirit inspired book . Honestly, it’s a must read for everyone . I already ordered another copy for a friend.
