    I really like how this book includes an introduction that explains the mental health benefits of word searches and is definitely true to its title. It also has a good set of instructions with a great image of how to perform the word search. Each page has a puzzle with an empowering theme (such as optimism, positivity, and mindfulness to name a few), inspirational quote, and 20 words to find. The solutions are 4 to a page, so they’re easy enough to read in case you can’t find a word on your own.

    Beautifully designed pages, I am sure my son would love it. Importantly, the word search contain all those positive and inspiring words, its really good way to imbibe good vocabulary and impressing with its meaning for kids. It’s a fun way of learning good values for kids. I love solving wordsearches one page every evening before going to bed and me and my son do it as a competition, who finds most of the words wins !!

    This lovely word search is full of positive vibes with every puzzle. The borders are covered with a nice pattern that also brings positive emotions while doing the puzzles. Each of the puzzles has a nice affirmation at the top of the page, which is a nice touch too.
