    I am writing this as an ARC reviewer. Second in the series and A.S. Roberts doesn't disappoint with her storyline. Twists and turns and old enemies are bought to justice. The young leads Danta & Giovanna love is strong and resilient and paves the way for an exciting, emotional and intense story. The writing is easy to follow, and you are gripped from page 1. It takes a lot of guts to write a book and A.S. Roberts you excel every time.

    Book 2 of the series and it didn’t disappoint. I love this series. I love the length and detail the author goes into. The story is addictive. The characters not only pull at your heartstrings, but they bring out so much emotion in you. One minute I wanted to hug them and the next I wanted to throw them in the sea… 😂 the last 25% kept me on the edge of my seat. The family secrets, the betrayal, the two families coming together to fight a battle, A.S Robert’s did good. If you like a mafia romance then this series is one for you.

    This is the second story in the Bound by Blood duet and was every bit as captivating and all consuming as the first.
    Dante and Giovanna's journey is not an easy one. There's many obstacles for them to face and overcome but nothing worth having ever comes easy.
    This read is highly charged with emotion and packed full of angst, action and suspense.
    Loyalties are tested, lies are unravelled and secrets are uncovered.
    The twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat, the thrill and excitement was addictive!
    It really was the perfect conclusion.
    I highly recommend this duet, I loved it!!

    After the experience of reading Twisted Oath I didn't think you could screw with my emotions more but you did, and I think I'm now in a love/hate relationship with this series.

    Honestly though if you want to delve in to the mafia world this is the way to do it.
