    Exactly what it says it is: a dream journal. Pages to record your dreams. I love the invocation at the beginning of the book, and the alternating moon/sun images at the bottom of each page. At the top of each page, you can fill in the date. Keeping a dream journal is a great way to reflect on one's subconscious as you go back through the pages.
