Until Kendal Kindle Edition
Crashing my car and spilling my coffee all over me wasn’t me at my best.
The Maserati owner in the expensive clothes was hotter than the weather in Tennessee.
Sure, part of me didn’t want to argue, but this stranger in town turned something on inside me I thought was dead…
So I brought him to the garage in town, showed him the local hotel, and stayed for dinner.
He’s only in town for the night and, for once, it’s nice when a guy calls me his.
One night away from my life sounds perfect, but, in the morning, I realize Joel had a secret. And that secret can affect my friends.
I knew better than to get involved. So I spilled the beans. I’d see my friends again, not Mr. One Night.
But I didn’t expect he was more. And I misjudged him. I’m not good at apologies.
Letting a guy anywhere in my heart usually ended badly.
But there is nothing usual about Joel.
Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. I absolutely did not expect what happened. Find out if the BOOM and a sexy stranger change my life, forever.

- Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2022Joel and Kendal were the couple I missed when I started reading Arman's story followed by four other brothers. They were as charming as the other couples. Kendal had realistic worries as she was falling in love with Joel. With a few surprises thrown in and an element of danger, this is definitely a best seller.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2022This story had good bones, but the execution didn't gel for me. Things didn't make sense, & the story felt disjointed. As soon as something got resolved, it was like Kendal went right back to the beginning, & all the getting to know Joel hadn't happened. I liked Joel as a character more than Kendal, but even his actions didn't always jive with previous parts of his personality. I didn't feel connected to them as a couple at all, and I kept trying to capture that. They even went on lots of fun dates thru the story, though!
Anyway, this was just not a good fit for me.

I loved it alot the end did feel a little rushed though but over all I loved it
- Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2023Kendall crashed in Joel but the boom was much stronger since it started the day before. She was running away and hiding from her father, he was trying to close up his past. These two had so much to live for and grow to trust each otner. Lovely story and great beginning to Adam's story, which I am looking. Forward to reading.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 30, 2023I guess I should have read the other series first. I have a lot of questions. I enjoyed Joel and Kendal, but never really connected with them. Now, Arman, I’m going to look into.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2022What a great book. I love how they connected. They had similar experiences from the past. They connected and were perfect for each other. Great book
- Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2022This book is part of the HEA in ARR’s world. I wanted more from this book. It lacked chemistry, and I couldn’t get into the characters. I needed more story and plot.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2022I was getting a little tired of hearing how the hair wad standing up on her arm. I really felt it was slow and just went on and on finally some action in the end and close to the ending. No epilogue about the future of the couple.

3.0 out of 5 stars too simplistic
Although this is a perfectly well written book and I completely appreciate this is a work of fiction I normally love the boom! However in this story the characters were rather too one dimensional and I found the storyline too simplistic, everything was too easy. I prefer my books to be a little more true to life. It might just be me.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not the usual standard
Really struggled with this book. There was no flow and the writing was stilted and not at all believable. I found the characters really annoying as well. Glad it was KU
