Dimitri Storm is smart, determined, responsible, loyal, and if you ask Cassandra Vaughn bossy. But after all he is the boss of a casino among other things. He's a billionaire, who's spent a good number of years supporting his younger siblings and making sure they would never want for anything. Cas well she's also the oldest sibling and believe it or not these two have way more in common I think then either wants to admit. Both hiding in different ways, not willing to gamble with their hearts. I have voluntarily left this review.

    Well, D.M.Davis, you've wet my whistle for your style of writing. I was so taken with the storm that surrounded Demetri and Cas that I could not put it down...forget food! Chemistry with an extra sizzle, sweet, enviable tenderness, and a hot, hold her own, feisty gal who knows what she wants. I'd like to follow this couple for another few decades. I could wish to steal this man, at least in my dreams. Really good read.

    Dmitri usually has arrangements with women, the no strings, transactional kind of arrangements. So when a beautiful woman shows up, he mistakenly assumes she's one of his arrangements, and proceeds to offend (and attract) Casandra, the woman who's actually there to fix his company's software issues. Oops! But once he lays eyes on her, this determined billionaire sets out to claim her, woo her, get her into his arms, and soon realizes, his heart. Is his determination enough to redeem this determined but sweet man?

    Dima is so adamant at avoiding love that he doesn't even realize how empty his life has been before Casandra. But once he sees her and starts his pursuit, her sassy, strong and loving personality draws him in. Their chemistry is fitting of a Vegas setting, sizzling hot, and the chase is on. Fun, witty, and entertaining, I love how hard and fast this delicious billionaire falls head over heels for his smart and sassy królowo.

    Vegas Storm by D.M. Davis is first off a fantastically amazing five star read. From beginning to end it is non-stop banter with plenty of snark including a heavy dose of misunderstandings and mistakes. These characters are not to be missed. Dmitri is a dichotomy; a family man to his core yet doesn't think love is for him. Shallow and surface level only with women until Cassandra barrels in like a wrecking ball, although unintentionally on Cassandra's part. She is a fiercely independent women who also places family at the top of her priorities which leaves her social and romance life a bit lackluster.
    The plot focuses on the businesses of these two and how it brings them together in an embarrassingly provocative and sensual way for all the wrong reasons. As the story progresses, it places these two in a state of confusion and want while feeling like fish out of water. Dmitri makes mistake after mistake and Cassandra runs to avoid.
    Overall, Dmitri gets his head on straight and becomes the fiercely persistent and determined alpha fans of this author adore. And, Cassandra gets out of her head long enough to give things a chance. Eventually this couple find themselves on the same page and there's a beautiful HEA in the making.

    This book is part of the Hot Vegas Nights Collaboration and also the first book in a new series by D.M. Earl. I have read a few of D.M. Earl’s books and loved them. This one was no different. Dmitri is a busy man and a hotel owner. He has a contract for getting certain needs meet. So when a woman shows up in his bedroom he expects certain things. Cassandra owns a tech company. She is there to help with some issues they have been having with the hotel system not for Dmitri’s bedroom needs. They do not have a great first meeting. Don’t get me wrong Cassandra liked what he was doing but she wasn’t there for that. Dmitri is taken by Cass and needs her working for him and under him. Now he just needs to figure out how to get her to agree. The first one is pretty easy but the second is harder. He needs to treat her like he wants her and not just for sex. Cass isn’t that type of woman. Will Dmitri figure out how to prove to Cass that he wants her in every part of his life? These characters were great and the world building is fantastic. I look forward to next book in this series. Fantastic job D.M. Earl.

    This is a quick read with a lot going on. Dmitri is used to getting what he wants and he wants Cassandra. Cassandra thought she was knocking on Dmitti’s door for business but definitely not the type of business he thought she was there for. These two were definitely making me dizzy with how much they were going back and forth but this was definitely an interesting read. I really enjoyed Dmitri and his strong personality. They both had strong family ties and some fun family drama. I look forward to reading more books by this author.

    A mix up in appointments leads our hero Dimitri to meet the one person that would turn his world upside down, Cassandra. For him this was a meeting that made him realize what he was missing all along was some one to share his life and how determined he would be to get it.
    Cassandra, thought she was going to a business meeting to talk about cyber security. What she got was a hot steamy confrontation with the very person whom she thought to be working for. Being the professional she is and rightfully embarrassed and outraged she runs. Little does she know he plans on catching her.
    This is a book of wills, two strong willed people both fighting for their own identities to be acknowledge and understood. Two people that are fighting to be loved and both believing they are undeserving of it. An amazing read that has left me wanting more of the Hot Vegas Nights A five star series to be sure!
